Location and views were amazing, waking up to the sound of waves and sitting in the apartment watching the sunset was fantastic. Pablo the host was very good we had a problem with the cleanliness of bedding and he replaced everything promptly with brand new items.

Self check-in, great view on the sea (+ terrace on a rooftop), quiet area, well equipped kitchen (including some cooking basics, such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, olive oil), parking spot for the car next to the building

“Very relaxing, lots of swimming, snorkelling, fishing and walking”

The location is amazing - right on the beach front in El Cotillo but close to the harbour and local shops too - the roof terrace gave stunning sunset views! Very clean, beds comfy, great cooking facilities, roof terrace gives relaxing outdoor space if you don’t want to go down to the beach. Washing machine! Two sandy swimming/snorkelling beaches within 5-7 min walk. Lovely French cafe for breakfast just around the corner!

“A great place to spend a holiday”

(September 2024) Overall we really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location overlooking the rocks and sea was nice, with a lovely view from the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen. The sunset is directly through the end window. It is a short walk to the restaurants, cafes, and shops, though the biggest supermarket is really a drive away. The apartment is the top 2 floors of one side of a block, located overlooking a rocky beachfront. There is a private door at the front with a staircase up to the first floor which has the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/sitting/dining room and a further staircase up to a door to access the apartment's top floor roof terrace, which is a great bonus, and has lounge chairs, sofa, bar stools, table, clothes drying rack, etc. The views are lovely from there too. NB: I'd be wary of letting small children loose up there though for safety reasons. Parking seems to be in the small dirt car park just behind the apartment. We always found a place. The host is very good at quickly responding to questions. When we had an issue they fixed it ASAP - eg the booking.com system asks you how many guests are staying, but if you say 2 this is assumed to be not using both bedrooms, so be sure to contact the host to indicate if you need both bedrooms before you arrive. The key is in a key safe by the door - the host will let you know the code for this on the morning of arrival. However, before this you get an email from booking.com about where to collect the keys but this is confusing as it implies the keys will be collected in a different town! The WiFi works well.

The location was great, the apartment was really spacious and well equipped.

Terrace is basically a rooftop - huge! Thanks to the hosts, or guests, that left charcoal behind so we could have an amazing BBQ with local "dorada" fish right by the ocean :)
