“Great place!”
The room was very comfortable & clean. An abundance of clean towels & toilet paper. The communal areas were spotless...staff cleaning everyday. Melania( receptionist/manager?...Very nice lady & so helpful. We'd definitely return.

“Good location for bars and restaurants”
Great location. Large clean apartment but a little basic and our view was disappointing, overlooking wasteland. Would definitely request a sea view next time. The view from the pool area was stunning however it was unexpectedly windy so we didn't use the pool much. Staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant downstairs which is under new management. Worth a visit or two. Love the restaurants on this side of El Cotillo so would maybe come back but would need a different view.

Apartment hotel where our apartment had nice view to ocean, nice sunsets every evening. There are nice small beaches in the north along the beach. To the south about 500 m there are also nice beaches (sandy beaches divided by rocky sections) with very good waves. The apartment was extremely spacious - we had three bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. Very big balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is quite basic - kettle, refrigerator, cooktop (no cooking stove) and Italian Stovetop Espresso Maker. There is restaurant downstairs and SPAR just 100 m and Dino Hypermarket about 500 m from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby in El Cotillo. The hotel had sunbathing area and pool at rooftop, also shower. Free parking outside, we did not have any issue finding spot to our rental car. The hostesses at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

“Big Apartment In Great Location”
Access arrangements excellent and good communications well in advance of our four night stay. Lady on reception was friendly, good English and very charming as well as helpful. Studio apartment was rather bland but it was so, so big - like a one bed flat with sea views - no complaints - really liked it - we were first floor. Also location was very central and can park outside; so all good. Town is a great place to stay or be based. Liked the access to a laundry facility.

“Construction work noise ruined the experience. We could not rest properly. Place was great though.”
The flat was gorgeous, really clean and spacious, the roof top view with the swimmingpool was awesome too, and the receptionist was really kind and warm.

“Pool with a view on a little bit outdated property”
The location is convenient as it is central. The roof top pool (not heated) with sea view is the highlight of the propery. In January it is very cold though, but possible to go inside for short period of time.
