This is an exceptionally luxurious and spacious apartment with the most amazing views of the sea. The facilities are perfect for your holiday needs and if you like to cook all the equipment is there. The rooftop terrace has the most spectacular views and to watch the sunsets from there is a must. It is also quite large with sunloungers and for dining. Yani was a fantastic host and was always available to help make our experience better!

Thin blanket and nice pillows. Great matress. Nice views of the sea. Handy nearby parking. Friendly owner. Large fridge. 3 toilets. Plenty of space to hang and dry clothes. Great location. Quiet and safe location. Clean property.

“A modern apartment with beautiful sea views”
I loved the rooftop terrace; totally private with wonderful views. This is a modern apartment and has everything you will need. The en-suite bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. A third downstairs bathroom was a welcome bonus.

Yani, the owner kindly came and picked us up from the airport, and her husband drove us back..what lovely gestures! The lovely apartments are front line to the beach, beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace or the ground floor terrace. Fantastic! There are loads of lovely restaurants all easy walking distance. Definitely try Tapas bar Los Cazadores.. they do a wonderful paella on a Sunday, when it’s gone it’s gone! Lots of locals use it so get there before 2pm or you can reserve a table

“Perfect location, excellent roof terrace.”
An excellent location with sea views. Plenty of outdoor areas, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and powerful showers. Yani was really helpful and great at communicating. We loved our visit to this property. Such a short walk to restaurants and bars or the beach.

Seafront setting, beautiful townhouse, very tastefully decorated. In our many visits since 2010 to El Cotillo, this was our best rental and hope to return. A credit to the owners.

“Beautiful view but very noisy”
Wonderful views of the sea. Very spacious and clean. Cute cats visited every day. Well located for El Goloso bakery and convenient for all the restaurants. Clean and change of sheets/towels half way through stay.
