“Avoid this hotel”
We stayed here for 3 nights and they did not clean the room once. One morning we asked the girl at the reception if she could change the towels at least and she said sure. We returned in the evening and there were the same towels. We had to bring the dirty ones to reception, and that is when she changed them. This has not happened in any other hotel that we stayed in. We expected at least this, considering the price that we paid. I have seen them cleaning the reception and the stairs but they never cleaned the room. Maybe it is common practice in this hotel, but I was not made aware of it. For the entire duration of our entire stay, they did not replace the shower gel, not even the toilet paper. The first thing they did when we arrived there was they told us to cancel the reservation we made on booking.com and pay them directly. They started saying that booking.com is not a serious company. This seemed a bit odd and made me lose trust in the hotel, but we did not have anywhere else to go. To access this hotel from the street you need to go through a fence that belongs to a different hotel. On the last day of our stay the fence was tied up with wire.

For 10 years I have been going to the Romanian coast only on weekends. I was disappointed everywhere. Until now, when at the Complex I found a quality hotel - a family business that works. Special people, welcoming, extremely kind. Ms. Gabriela, sweetie, I recommend this destination.
