“What should have been a relaxing couples getaway turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience”
We got upgraded to a full on suite, just above the reception building. We had originally booked a junior suite. The room was fairly large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the marvellous landscapes of the Langhe. As for the rest, the location is very curated and well-kept. Staff is also somewhat helpful and understanding, for the most part.

“Beautiful 5-star setting with exceptional food, but some service details need attention.”
We stayed in the Mura Mura Treehouse with my wife and our medium-sized dog, and overall it was a beautiful and memorable stay. The treehouse was absolutely stunning and felt incredibly private - it genuinely felt like we were alone, with all the peace and privacy we needed. Having parking close by was also very convenient. The setting is outstanding. The resort presentation, fittings, finishes and overall design are truly 5-star. The views over the vineyards were beautiful, and because of the size and layout of the property, we were able to enjoy a lovely walk through the vineyard with our dog, who also seemed completely relaxed and happy there. It was tranquil, spacious and very dog-friendly. The food was another major highlight. Radici was magnificent - the quality of the food was genuinely excellent. Breakfast food quality was also very good.

“A relaxed, unique Tree house experience!”
Exceptional vacation, we stayed at the tree house, a very unique experience! We had a quiet, relaxed stay at the hotel. The pool was perfect, the staff was attentive and helpful and all the facilities were spot on. Breakfast had a great selection, very healthy and enjoyable.

“Beautiful Design, but NOT WORTH the 5-Star Price”
Beautiful Design, but Not Worth the 5-Star Price We stayed at this hotel for two nights last weekend. While the property is visually impressive, in my opinion it does not offer a level of service that justifies either its 5-star rating or the high price per night. Overall, I would consider it a very nice 4-star hotel, but not a true 5-star experience. Starting with the positives: the renovation has been done beautifully. Everything feels new, modern, and well designed. The architecture and interiors are elegant, and clearly a lot of attention was paid to aesthetics. One highlight is the large indoor swimming pool, which is long enough for proper swimming and suitable even for experienced swimmers. The in-house restaurant is also very stylish and refined; dinner there was excellent and lived up to a fine-dining, almost Michelin-style experience.

“Exceptional experience”
Breathtaking location in Piedmont. Exceptional facilities (25m indoor swimming pool, spa, delicious wine tasting, the creative restaurant, the high-end gym ). Every details of the hotel and the service are perfected. We would love to come back during winter for having another relaxing stay.

The place is fabulous and the staff is amazing! It was surprising and really nice to see Lorenza (the receptionist) both at the check-in on Saturday and at the checkout on Sunday morning.
