We loved our stay at La Filanda! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys aged 8&11). The location is about 2 miles out of Garda itself which was prefect for us as we prefer a quieter place to stay. The village itself has lovely restaurants and a good shop! The apartment was clean and suited us really well - we had a little balcony which backed onto the garden which was great and often quite social! The pool was perfect not too big and not too small! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, in particular Vitario on reception went out of his way to help us with a man issue we had with a toll road! We would absolutely stay here again, we absolutely loved it!

Excellent as usual. 3rd year in a row. I am looking forward to future stays. Highly recommend.

“It was a lovely apartment, perfect for families with children.”

The apartment was excellent. It was a very nice place with air conditioning, which kept the apartment cool on warmer days. The garden was well equipped with tables and chairs, making it possible to eat outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was clean and offered beautiful views of Lake Garda. There were several supermarkets, bike rental shops and coffee shops nearby. Further away, we also found a laundry service. The apartment also had a restaurant and plenty of parking spaces, so we always had somewhere to park.

The swimming pool was a life saver in that heat, and the panorama from the apartment is so beautiful.

The pool area was really good, had a plenty of sunbeds. The apartement was spacious and had everything needed.

The location is trickier to get to, but it's amazing, offering a great view. The location has a lot of space and facilities, great pool and everything you need to enjoy a good pool day. I would definitely recommend and return here.

Really nice pool area shame it was closing at 7:30...after long day of exploring and day light still there would have loved to relax in pool. Very nice area . Apartment had everything needed . Parking good. Aircon quiet and very good. Had laundry facilities

“Spent a really enjoyable week at La Filanda”

Great location - just a few minutes from Garda town. Good parking. Our apartment was large and had an excellent bathroom and looked out onto the gardens which were well maintained - great for our dog Charlie. Several bars, restaurants and a good supermarket in walking distance. Cheap diesel! Pool area excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great facilities, lovely pool, beautiful views, excellent restaurant, loads of parking, fair prices.

Very disappointed, would never recommend this place. The owner was disrespectful the behavior was totally unacceptable! For anyone who wants to stay here, just to know and be prepared that they may not always be able to fully rest. Unfortunately, we were not informed beforehand. Here's our story, which could happen to anyone considering staying here and thinking they'll be able to relax: Multiple separate apartment houses are located in the area, along with a restaurant that seems to be affiliated with the buildings as it is situated in the center of the courtyard. The restaurant hosted a party event, which they started around lunchtime. It featured a very poorly tuned singer and a performer playing a synthetic instrument. The party lasted until dawn on the terrace located under the windows of the apartments, with unreasonably loud speakers. Even with the windows closed and shutters down, the noise was so unbearable that we couldn't sleep, even using earplugs. We called the owner of the apartment to express our dissatisfaction, stating that it was unacceptable to have a party without informing the accommodation's guests. In response, the owner was upset and stated that they don't care and can't do anything about it since the restaurant often does such events. We made it clear that if they had informed us beforehand, we would have booked elsewhere to get some rest before our 12-hour journey back.
