“Fabulous!”
We highly recommend this accommodation, and we especially recommend Luca! All property owners who rent out places should take lessons from Luca, because he is truly outstanding. We arrived on Christmas Day and he welcomed us with traditional sweet bread, chocolate, bananas, and champagne. He also recommended great places to eat and things to visit. As for the location, the apartment is very good. As a suggestion, an air conditioner might be useful in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could need. In the Costa del Silencio area there isn’t much to do, but if you have a car, that’s easily solved and you can explore the entire island. Another plus is that it’s close to the airport. We recommend visiting Montaña Amarilla. The pool is heated. The photos match the reality.

Our host Luca was very friendly. The apartment was nice and clean, equipped with everything one would need - also with things that one doesn't get very often (like washing machine, clothing iron, microwave + normal oven, free wi-fi - and even a stash of coffee, tea, assortment of condiments, cooking oil, washing detergents, a pair of umbrellas etc.) The garden around the pools and the inner courtyard are also well cared for. (Unlike the rest of the town Costa del Silencio, which is unfortunately quite shabby.)

This apartment is a solid 10 out of 10, you will find everything you need. The host is very lovely, he met us in person when we arrived and gave nice recommendations on how we can spend time on the island. Our stay was perfect!

If you are used to having your towels changed and cleaned every day, this apartment is not for you. Accordingly, the food is your problem. But if you do not care it is an excellent apartment. The washing machine solves a lot of problems, as with towels and personal belongings. The stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker are all new and work great. It's incredible, but the knives there are sharp. Cooking on new and clean utensils is a pleasure. Beaches nearby, no problems with parking, close to a large supermarket with normal prices. The apartment is freshly renovated, everything is new and very comfortable.
