Location was great - with and without car you can walk/drive/go to nice spots in Tenerife. 2-5min driving from the apartment there's excellent Montana Amarillo beach with snorkeling opportunities and stunning views. In walking distance there are grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stops, etc. There's everything you need in the apartment, including towels, beach towels, sun lounger and many more. It was easy to connect with the host and she left us amazing welcome pack. I'm adding one star for the easy to use coffee machine and coffee capsules for multiple uses. I stayed with 6 year old kid and he enjoyed the apartment as well. Wi-fi was working more or less acceptable with a few exceptions. Pool was also very nice, though water was relatively cold in the beginning of June. There were hardly any people using it during our stay.

“Great apartment”

Firstly Marlen was a great host communicating with us regularly from a few weeks before and right though our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with almost everything you could need for a stay. There were sunbeds in the wardrobe to take to the pool ( as they charge €5 per day per bed at poolside) . There was also welcome gifts water wine and snacks and toothbrushes toothpaste and other toiletries in the bathroom. There is a water dispenser in the lobby where you can fill your bottles up at only 10 cents a litre no need to carry them from the shops. Solencio is only a small resort but on exploring the area we found many more bars and restaurants than we first thought. Also only a short stroll from Ten Bel and las Galletas. A great holiday will definitely book again.

Very clean apartment with all facilities that are needed for a long stay. Comfortable and has a great view on the Teide.

The apartment is very cozy, beautiful and clean. There is everything you need during vacation (even hair dryer:)). The view from balcony is great - you can see Teide and colorful houses in the area. When we arrived, a nice gift from the host was waiting for us (fruits, vine and local snacks!) Swimming pool is very nice, water is not heated but it was fine:) The area is very nice, quiet, there are shops and restaurants. It is close to Playa Amarilla (you can dive and snorkel there) airport, Los Cristianos etc.

Cosy apartment with stunning views! Welcome hamper was waiting for us on arrival which was a very nice touch. We had a comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided in the apartment. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

“we had a fantasist stay”

We highly recommend. Property is very clean, view on balcony is stunning, there is everything you need in the flat (cook or clean). ideal to work remotely, WIFI is good. Location is good with shops and restaurants nearby - we did have a car though than we could park outside the residence. There is swimming pool inside the residence with a bar.

Everything from the first step in ! Super communication with Marlen who guided us since we have arrived in the airport, during the transport and during the stay as well The area is very safe and away from the craziness and crowded places. In a few minutes pleasant walks you can find supermarket and affordable terraces . The apartment was perfectly clean, welcoming us with a small buffet for the dinner , more than welcomed after a 15 hours travel. The same, the bathroom was shiny clean fitted with all toiletries including toothpaste . The access to the huge swimming pool is controlled and in the apartment you have available all you need for the pool. Not to forget the balcony with a nice view to Teide , a place where you can enjoy your breakfast, read a book, check emails or chat with your friends From our point of view, it is a 5 star apartment, very good price/quality ratio ! and next time we will stay here for sure ! Additional info : we have rented a car for the quick travel and time saving and there were plenty of space available for parking. (here I recommend the CICAR rent a car company) Thank you Marlen!

“Fabulous Apartment”

We liked everything! We have stayed in Costa Silencio (and Balcon Del Mar) for many years and this is one of the best apartments we ever stayed in. Location is great with many good restaurants and bars within 5 to 20 minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped and has a great mountain view. We loved the gifts of snacks , fruit and chocolate that greeted us.

The accommodation was wonderful. The owner, Marlen, was very kind and helpful. 😇 The accommodation was excellently equipped, clean and cozy. 👍 There were also gifts in the form of wine and fruit and more...
