The hosting at Svevo was top tier. Personable and helpful with a delicious breakfast and good recommendations. The room was clean and a good size. Location is good.close to the city but safe.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to main attractions - modern and historic centres of Cosenza, bus station and other transport options. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Good breakfast served by host who was very welcoming and ready to assist with any special needs.

Location 1.3 km from attractions such as the Duomo and 800 m from the train station, with many restaurants and bars close by. Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets. Great location, very friendly staff, Loredana & her daughter Erica were very welcoming & great communicators. Breakfast was delicious, Loredana makes the BEST coffee, beds were comfortable & room spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff member, she went the extra mile this morning helping us organise a taxi back to the railway station. Breakfast was great - the crossiants were to die for. Being on the top floor having a lift to take our luggage up was extremely useful.

“Right in the heart....”
Right in the centre, just a couple of blocks from the walking street with plenty of shops and cafes / restaurants. Also there were plenty of bars and restaurants right down the street. The host kept in contact with me on the day leading up to the arrival, and she assisted with parking options for our large car. The B&B was modern, spacious, and clean. Even though the B&B was in a lovely old apartment block, a lift had been retro-fitted with a lift. The rooms had good beds and showers. The little dining room was clean. The contential breakfast was good, but the warm, fresh custard-filled croissants were the best.

Excellent place! The hosts are polite and friendly. The B&b is very professional, with attention to details. Big room & bathroom. Super clean and new facilities. Close to the walking street. Highly recommended!
