“Absolutely flawless!”

This is a medieval palace, restored but also converted into the B&B accommodation using modern design and materials. As one expects from Italian design, the conversion blends the modern and historic superbly. The palace has been in the owner's family for generations, and is still family-run. It's location in the historic town is very good, and the extensive new town is linked by bridges, making the whole town very walkable. The rooftop terrace is perfect for breakfast in the sun while looking at the superb views. The breakfast was personally served by the owner's wife to each person's individual request. The whole experience displayed attention to detail throughout, including a pre-arrival message with details of how to avoid the SatNav sending one through some very narrow streets!

Right in the beautiful and interesting old town. Such character. Modern rooms in an impressively renovated historic building. Wonderful breakfasts on the terrace with very helpful hosts who love their building and their town. Really nice restaurants, particularly a 'Salumeria', with local style, sophistication, and great flavours.

Beautiful place, amazing views from roof terrace. Fabulous breakfast. Clean well appointed room. The town of Cosenza surpassed all expectation. A bit quiet in siesta time 😉 The old town is amazing. We climbed up to the currently closed castle. The views are amazing and the rustic street views and art are surreal.

Beautiful hotel located in a historic building but renovated to meet modern standards. It is lovely and unique. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The rooftop lounge area provided a beautiful view of the city. The staff served a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop.

Very charming and unique property with amazing history right at your doorstep. The owners were a gracious and inviting couple. The rooftop is the golden ticket for this hotel offering a spacious and comfortable ambiance for breakfast or afternoon drinks.

Unique and an absolute Must for all travellers. The hosts were incredibly helpful and obliging in an incredibly historic building but very modern fixtures and fittings. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi was a welcome surprise as was the breakfast served on the terrace. Set in the middle of the historic centre in Cosenza and surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants. I would not look at anywhere else to stay.

This place is a hidden gem. We are so glad that we had the pleasure in experiencing everything this had to offer. The restoration in this place was to perfection. Giacomo was very helpful and friendly and recommended a few places to dine at. We had the best dinner in Italy called Calabria Bella. The food was to die for and we ate the most amazing cheesecake we’ve ever had .. Michela prepared the most beautiful fresh breakfast, the best way to start the day. We will go back in heart beat.
