Great location, lovely balcony, private parking and Matteo was really great

Matteo is an excellent host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the large undercover balcony.

Fantastic secure underground parking and secure apartment on the third floor with lift from the garage. Spacious and well equipped flat, good WiFi. Walking distance into town and the Corso with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring Silla National Park

“A lovely spacious apartment close to old town Consenza”

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everthing you would need. There was a lovely, large terrace to relax on. It was within walking distance to the old town, and lots of shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and it was easy to get the keys.

“Convenient, Comfortable and Attractive”

On occasion we are puzzled by the high ratings that some hotels and apartments enjoy. In some cases it seems that one or two positive features, such a great location or very helpful staff, account for very high ratings. In contrast the "Cosenza Luxury Apartment" merits very high ratings in virtually all respects. The location is, in particular, excellent, and the host, Matteo, is both very supportive and well organized. But there is more: the apartment is relatively large with large windows. It has a huge terrace/ balcony. Because the apartment is on the third floor and there is no vis-a-vis, the view is extensive. Not only is the apartment attractively furnished and decorated but it is also fully functional with closets, drawers, clothes hangers and so on. The equipment works well. We stayed in the apartment during a chilly, rainy period in early April, and we were delighted that the apartment could be kept reasonably warm. Noteworthy too is that the WiFi was reliable and fast. We particularly appreciated the reserved parking place in the basement parking garage. The elevators/lifts made it extremely easy to move our luggage from car to apartment. Aside from being near the city center, most "sights" and supermarkets, the apartment has an additional "plus": there is a self-service laundry (laundromat) on the ground floor.

The large patio area was a bonus extending the living area to the outside, lift to all floors from sub levels ,parking in a reserved bay was a huge advantage as parking is at a premium in Cosenza can be chaos at times so the bay is gold , Matteo left us plenty of supplies for our continental breakfasts and checked on us regularly he will help you out with any queries...great stay..
