“Well located”
Historic building with big rooms and high ceilings, well located in old town with free nearby parking. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Lovely light well-equipped kitchen/diner which looks recently upgraded.

Spacious flat with high ceilings in a wonderful palazzo in the old-town of Cosenza. Beautiful interior design and colour concept. The huge bathroom has a bath tub as well as a shower. In walking distance to the duomo and the Art deco café Renzelli.

We loved the black out shutters on the windows. Had the best nights of sleep there. The views of old town Conzenza were fantastic. If you are brave enough to drive in Italy, there is easy parking in the Piazza outside next to fountain.

“Excellent location and facilities.”
This is the perfect accomodation and is in a 600 year old building. Coming from Australia we were amazed to be staying in such a unique accomodation.

“Beautiful apartment close to the centre”
The apartment was enormous and very comfortable. We were met to get the keys, shown around the apartment and shown where to part for free. We also asked to recommendations for local eateries and both resgaurants were excellent. Our host was excellent.

“Amazing hosts”
The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Kind as well. The house had everything you need.. The hosts, living upstairs were available to help if anything. If you come with a car, make sure you park on the square and don't try the small streets.

We were met by Paulo and his wife who welcomed us to their wonderful apartment in the old old part of Cosenza. The apartment was exactly as described, and it was fantastic to stay in the old town. Very spacious and a great breakfast.
