Location is excellent, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, modern. Great breakfast. Luigi is very helpful and welcoming. Plenty of parking near by. Highly recommended!

“EXCEPTIONAL!”

The room was newly renovated, spatious (mainly the bathroom!) and extremely cleaned. Well placed near touristic objectives, but still very quiet. The breakfast plentiful with all kind of choises, and the handmade cookies were delicious and always there - without restriction. The owner’s father was so kind and helped us with the transfer from and to train station. So an exceptional stay from all point of view!

Very clean comfortable room. Luigi speaks good English and is a very helpful host, he even booked us a meal for evening when we arrived. The self-serve breakfast options are also very good. Highly recommend.

“As good as it gets.”

Wonderful accomodation. The shower is a delight and bathroom is spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the room is dark for nighttime. They even offer plenty of food choices for breakfast and whenever you want to snack in the kitchen area. Numerous home baked cakes etc. You won't starve staying here, thats for sure. Brettia is located in a good central location also. The host's father met us and was very helpful and the host was always on hand with information when required. I would definitely stay here again.

“The fantastic Brettia Guestrooms”

I travelled to Cosenza with my wife, and parents in law for an International rugby game my son was playing in. We picked Brettia guest rooms with the hope of having someone with local knowledge to guide us on our trip. I cannot tell you how lucky we were to come across this amazing property. The hospitality we received was like nothing I've ever experienced. The family could not do enough for us. Luigis Dad even drove us to the match! He showed us bus stops, helped with choosing restaurants and all local knowledge. The property itself is gorgeous, we booked 2 rooms, large, modern & sparkling clean with so many extras. Breakfast is brilliant with freshly baked cakes & pastries made by Luigus Mum, and a great coffee to go with them. I would highly recommend these guest rooms and hopefully we will return soon to the fabulous Brettia guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and by the time we left we were like old friends with Luigi & his fantastic family. Thank you for the memories!

Great place, well decorated, lots of space, spotlessly clean and with a good breakfast. Perfetto. Luigi and his father both looked after us really well including giving us lifts to and from the station. We enjoyed Cosenza’s old town and fabulous food.

This would be the most cleanest place we have ever stayed at, room was amazing .. we had everything we needed here , breakfast was a 10/10 .. the most delicious pastry that was made by his Mum … Luigi’s dad was so helpful with showing us everything & even helped us park our car .. pizza restaurant downstairs was the best .. we will definitely stay here again …

Excellent apartments, very close to the center, everything you need is in the room, excellent attitude of the host, always ready to help with any question, I definitely recommend this hotel!!

We really liked Brettia Guest rooms. It had a very central location and the owner showed us where to park for free nearby. The room was big, comfortable and clean and there was a communal area for the lovely breakfast. Lots of complimentary treats in the fridge in the room.

Super little B&B with very response hosts, lots of snacks and breakfast items in the share kitchen, and in a great location for a one night stay as close to the main shopping mall, river and lots of restaurant and bar options.

The room is beautiful, very comfortable and really very nice. It has everything you need and all kinds of details that make you feel at home. We arrived a little late and Luigi was waiting for us with a smile, they have been very kind and attentive at all times, and they have adapted to our needs, so we are very grateful to them. Everything was absolutely spotless. The decor is lovely and contemporary and the property is right in the city center. Alessio, our host, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He checked daily how we were and if we needed anything. Breakfast was great, with beautiful cakes made by Alessio’s mother.

Our host Alessio and his family were superb. They showed great care and empathy for us and even drove us to the train station when we departed. We couldn't have asked for more and the guest suite was exceptional and superbly located!
