“A perfect stay”

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful family run hotel. Monica and her family were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with wonderful choices. The location is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to lots of restaurants and shops. We were sad to leave.

Lovely little family run property. Great location with 10-15 minutes max walk into centre of cortina all on pavements. Comfy bed, warm shower. Friendly staff. Very cheap laundry service. Amazing views round the back.

Great location. About a 10-15 minute very easy walk into Cortina centre. Nice to be outside of the centre as the hotel has a beautiful garden to sit in after a day of hiking. Room was very spacious and balcony had a fantastic view. Really lovely hotel.

Staff so friendly. Breakfast excellent and the views are incredible. Such a good location too despite being a little stroll into the town centre.

The service from the staffs were excellent, very welcoming and nice. The room was super clean. I had a balcony attached to my room which had the best view of the mountains. Will definitely be back!

“Cozy place in the heart of the Dolomites”

We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is quite good, a 10-minute walk away from city centre. The communication with the owners was very pleasant, operative and fast. The room was very clean, well-furnished and recently decorated, so is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the lining is soft and pleasant. There is an electric kettle, tea/coffee, a pair of cups in the room. Also they provide slippers for each visitor. The room cleaning is on the daily basis. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and polite. Breakfast is served. It is always fresh, tasty and full, including bread, flakes, cheese and ham, fresh juices, bakery, boiled eggs, yogurt, some fruit, tea/coffee from the coffee-machine. Breakfast is 10/10, super good. The owners try and create coziness everywhere round the hotel and it feels much. Our appreciation to them for their efforts. We will be happy to stay there again.

Everything. The location was ideal. The staff very helpful and nice. The bedroom very comfortable and clean and the bathroom also. The breakfast was excerdingly good. Definitely coming back

“A dream come true!”

Everything about Villa Gaia is amazing! But the most wonderful thing was the staff! An amazing family that takes cares of the hotel and guests! The room is amazing! Very comfortable and quiet and spacious. The cleaning? Spectacular! They take much care of everything. The view? Breathtaking! Breakfast? Best meal to start the amazing days exploring around. Complete with fresh bread and cheese and prosciutto! Eggs and cereal. A royalty breakfast. Would like to thank all the family: Roberta, Monica, Susi, Helena and Paolo! You guys were amazing. And thanks the ones we didn’t meet as well! Definitely it’s in our plans to return to Villa Gaia!

“Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff”

We stayed 5 nights at Villa Gaia during offseason in May and really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly, helpful and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants alike. The rooms were cozy, comfortable and very clean. The hotel had a great attention to detail. In addtion, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located 10 min walking distance from the centre.
