Everything was perfect

All good, except the payment. At the time of booking on Booking.com they withdrew 313 euros from my card, 50% of the 624 euros for 3 days of accommodation. At check-in they informed me that I had to pay the full amount and they would send the 313 euros back to my card. I still haven't received this money today, although they also opened a ticket with Booking. Booking doesn't solve anything, although the payment was processed through them.

Very clean and near the center.The ski bus is outside the hotel.

I think it was the cleanest 3 star hotel in my life. They have a spa which is very good and what I liked is that the sauna is private. The breakfast was incredible, not too much but everything was delicious.

Very good location just up the road from town. Fabulous front desk lady (Sabrina her name, I think). She was super helpful and obviously passionate about her job. A rare find indeed.

Excellent experience, stunning views from the balcony, but what really stands out is the EXCELLENT full heart service, advice, and caring of MARINA. The personality and the care are what made our stay great.

“Big disappointment!!!”

The property is located on a main street. The room is not soundproof and one can hear the cars and trucks running on the street, day and night. There is construction going on right under the room from 7am to 7pm. Nobody informed about it in advance. The place has a spa that is not clean and with broken tiles. the staff is not accommodating. Rooms are poorly equipped. No coffee makers. If you want to have a coffee you have a dark room in the basement.

“Fantastic hotel with exceptionally helpful staff”

This was our favourite hotel in 3 weeks of travelling. The staff could not do enough for you and were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was only a few minutes walk to the centre. We arrived by bicycle and there was a safe room to store our bikes. Would definitely recommend.

“Lovely, comfy hotel perfectly located in Cortina with wonderful staff”

I loved my stay at Hotel Natale. We stayed in a suite and it was a lovely room. Very spacious with a nice balcony. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The shower was great. The staff are all really kind, helpful and friendly. Everybody on reception was very cheerful and provided loads of useful information. Thank-you to the very nice lady at breakfast who was so welcoming and made me incredible crepes with nutella every morning as an extra paid addition to the (already excellent) regular breakfast! The whole vibe of the hotel is great, and it is really well located, a few minutes walk to everything in Cortina. On the first day we walked to the cable car from the hotel (10 mins walk) and went to the highest peak in the area, Tofana di Mezzo. Wow! We also had an incredible lunch at the pizzeria high up on the mountain. On the second day we did the Croda da Lago hike. The starting point was only 15 mins drive from Hotel Natale. It was all very easy to do. This has gone straight into my top 3 hikes of all time! Sensational! Then a warm welcome from the team at Hotel Natale upon return. It was the perfect weekend away.
