“Excellent, fabulous and great”

All the Hotel de Len staff were very helpful. Rosella gave us a good introduction to the hotel and its facilities. There was an excellent, fresh and healthy choice of items for breakfast. We ate at the hotel one evening and the was food delicious. The spa was fabulous….great facilities and wonderful views. I thoroughly enjoyed yoga with instructor, Anna, in the spa on a couple of mornings. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the town, walks and ski slopes. We appreciated the hotel shuttle bus and cheerful drivers who took us to the ski lifts. Housekeeping at Hotel de Len is discreet and efficient. We liked the extras that added to the hotel’s calm ambience such as the floral decorations throughout. We also enjoyed the large lounge area with drinks and afternoon cake.

The hotel is in a very good location and transport to the slopes or a ski bus stop was provided by the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs. Breakfasts were excellent

The whole stay was so wonderful and the staff were incredible - one of the best places we have stayed and will def be recommending it to anyone who wants to travel to the Dolomites!

Lovely atmosphere, modern style, not fussy, simple with lots of raw materials, wood concrete, staff obliging and efficient. Breakfast was not buffet. Really nice lounge room with great decor and furniture to relax in.

Spa, breakfast and concierge staff was amazing. Connected via WhatsApp you can ask anything! They are like friends hosting you, making recommendations and reservations on your behalf! Personal touch is put into everything. When they found out my husband doesn’t eat raw spinach, they cooked it just for him!

The property was very modern, loved the materials used in the bathrooms so cool. Lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful staff, very nice food. Our room was facing the street but the windows are so thick you don’t hear a thing.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Views were incredible, the staff were fantastic and went over and above to make our stay perfect. The food was absolutely beautiful, breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner.

Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. Checking us in and showing us to our room, at breakfast and evening dining and generally in and around the hotel, the staff were always welcoming and friendly. This also included sharing information for the local area including places to eat and drink. We dined at the hotel just the one evening and it really was fine dining and very enjoyable. The portions were also much larger than you would usually expect when fine dining. And the cocktails were strong! And good! Our 1 hour free spa experience was also very relaxing and enjoyable with full private access to the rooftop facilities. The bedroom was a great size with a complimentary bottle of red and chocolates upon arrival, and the fridge was always topped up with chilled drinks. Also complimentary and included. We especially enjoyed our little treats deliver to our room each day. A saucer of chocolates, a wrapped up sandwich and even a huge Easter egg! Overall we were made to feel very special throughout our stay.
