Emanuela from the front desk was very rude. Booked a quadruple room but when we checked in one of the bed was not made and the room was dirty and even on the sheets there were hair. Asked the front desk to send cleaning to the room, Emanuela lied to us 3 times saying they cleaned but unfortunately no cleaning was ever entered the room. She was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Actual cleaning lady was polite. Overall not a positive experience, apart from location. We managed but would look elsewhere.

“I wouldn’t go back or recommend.”
The location was good, though it was very difficult to find with a car. The receptionist had to come and find us and direct us to the car park.

“Great stay”
We had a great stay here. They upgraded our room and let us store luggage for a few days whilst we were hiking. The reception staff were very knowledgeable about public transport. Thanks team!
