“Do not recommend”
The indoor pool makes the air in the hallway extremely humid and with a strong smell of chlorine. It’s also very echoey. Unfortunately the pool times were not enforced so people were playing loudly in the pool until late at night which made it difficult to sleep. The other night a couple was cussing and yelling in the hallway and police had to come. We had two horrible nights. The breakfast room was also way too small for the hotel size so we had to eat in our room. Although there were chairs stacked at the side the staff didn’t bother to create new seating areas. Instead people were eating their breakfast standing. With some other minor things the service was unfortunately pretty poor.

“Excellent place to stay in Cortex!”
The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were also clean and easily accessible. Lovely location, plenty of parking, very welcoming.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Nice pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great restaurant very close. Cortez is a beautiful place and Mesa Verde NP is within a few miles.

“Happy to stay there and would stay again”
The views were awesome and we loved having the ability to wash our clothes. Plenty of washers and driers. Staff were okay. Plenty of free parking. Happy with out stay
