“Absolutely amazing place and host”

We loved everything about the hotel. Felt like at home. Central location, everything is very close. The owner is a super host, was great to chat about Corsica. Breakfast was awesome, homemade jams and cakes. The hotel is almost 200 years old and rooms are very authentic. We felt like at Napoléon Bonaparte time. Definitely would stay there again.

Old charming vineyard with an easy walk into the town. We had a nice spacious room with lovely view over the mountains. The breakfast was good with both sweet and salt alternatives.

“One of our favourite accomodations ever”

We loved Casa Guelfucci. We were booking accommodation as we travelled on a road trip around Corsica and were very lucky to be able to get a room at less than a day's notice. Our room, Pascal Paoli, on the second floor was quite magnificent. It was very spacious with a bedroom area and large comfortable bed and also a large lounge area. Also a bathroom complete with bath tub and the best view ever from a bath - of the citadel on top of the hill in Corte. The rooms were very light and airy with lots of windows with spectacular views of Corte and the surrounding mountains. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We walked into Corte in the evening and had a great meal in the old part. It was a lovely 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and we ate it on the terrace overlooking the view of Corte and the vineyard. There were many home baked delicacies, both savoury and sweet - all were delicious. Also very nice cheese, meats, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. It was all Corsican fare. We met other guests who told us we were in the best possible room and that they usually had it! There was a shared fridge on the ground floor which we were able to use which was a bonus as we were travelling a lot so keeping things cold was a challenge.

A large older house that has been well maintained and upgraded. Rooms large with wooden floors, high ceilings, and new modern bathrooms. Very quiet. Easy walk into town. Great way to experience Corte

A wonderfully imposing house at the centre of a working vineyard. The room, on the third floor, was lovely with stunningly views over the mountains. Breakfast was excellent and our host and family a delight.
