“Cute little hotel that feels like home”
Tastefully decorated and very clean. The hosts, Rosy and Giuseppe made us feel very welcome and accommodated our every ask. We stayed for 5 days with small kids and enjoyed it very much! Everything you need within walking distance from supermarkets to bars, restaurants and ice cream shops. Also only a 5minute car ride from a lovely little public beach that we made the most of and other beautiful sites nearby

overall really nice rooms with everything you need. Nice bathroom with more than enough space. Breakfast is also great with excellent homemade cakes, great coffee, and freshly prepared eggs. The hosts are extremely nice. We felt really comfortable there. It is also in a great area for further exploration of nature reserves, vineyards, etc.

“Perfect for a weekend in two”
Basically everything was great. New cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows with an extra sofa which is always good, very friendly and helpful owners. Easy checkin-checkout, the breakfast was abundant, good the cappuccino. Parking place just in front of the house. Location just in the center of Franciacorta area and close to Lago d'Iseo.

“Absolutely great!”
The room was impeccable, with a mini fridge and an electric kettle included. The staff were amazing, they were super helpful and Giuseppe even lent me his motorbike helmet 🙌🏼 We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious!! I would definitely recommend!
