The hotel is very peaceful and modern. The pools are lovely and the mattress is so comfortable. The staff are friendly and the cleaners come daily, very clean place.

The hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. Lovely big bedrooms. Huge comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast. Karaoke was fun. Heated pool was good.

“Lovely night's stay!”

Only stayed for one night as we had been in a villa for 2 weeks previously and just needed accommodation for one night. This hotel was lovely, it was modern, spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Room was excellent and really spacious. We only had dinner and breakfast and both were perfectly fine. The hotel was obviously busy but it still felt spacious and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

German at the front desk couldn't have been any more helpful-so approachable and positive. Buffet had an excellent selection which varied each day and also catered for one of our group that was gluten intolerant. Pools were well maintained and a nice variety.

Liked everything about the property. Our apartment was very spacious, had every resource we could need and serviced daily. We took part in the daytime family entertainment by the pool which varied each day and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were all-inclusive and both the food and drinks offerings were excellent.

Breakfast was great especially the lady who made omelettes! Our room was good

Amazing 7 nights. Great hotel, very clean, amazing buffet. We went all inclusive - would highly recommend. Good drink and cocktail selection. Staff are so friendly.

Lovely hotel in good location, within walking distance to the main strip. There were shops, bars and restaurants within very short walking distance to the hotel. We went full board and the food was excellent with a good variety of food to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is spotlessly clean including the outdoor areas and the pool area. The entertainment team were friendly and fun and there were plenty of activities at the pool during the day if you wanted to join in.. The restaurant and reception staff were also friendly and helpful. There was no problem getting sun beds at the pool. We were there for 5 nights and would return there again. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Playa Park Zensation was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent- breakfast was incredible - vast selection to choose from. Evening meal was incredible too. Resort was spotless - I could not fault a thing.

Loved our stay, super comfortable beds in spacious suite. Excellent spa services and very good food. The hotel was fully booked but it never felt overcrowded. The only wish I would I have was for a somewhat heated outside pool. The water was just too cold to really enjoy it.

We arrived earlier than expected and instead of having to wait we were offered and given a free lunch while our rooms were being made ready. The hotel were very obliging and professional.
