Great staff from reception to cleaning staff, very well maintained in the main , few things need updating but that's purely cosmetic. Apartment was spotless and plenty of cleaning done throughout our stay . The pool was really good also .

The apartments are beautiful, and the property is very large. Also, the staff is very friendly, communicative, and helpful. Great for a vacation, I highly recommend it!

The staff were friendly, there is an on site shop which is handy. I requested an earlier check in and a pool view room both which were accommodated. There are two big pools and then a smaller baby pool which was a quieter area to lie out in the sun which was nice. We only ate in the restaurant one night for Italian night and the food was great. There is a different theme every night for food which is a great idea.

“Customer Service the best I have ever had”

We arrived at the hotel following dats of heavy rain. On arrival we were informed that our room had been flooded and would not be ready for 2 days, and we would have to stay at the hotel next door. We had booked self catering, but not only did they put us up in the almost new 4* Lobos Natura (double the cost of our room) for a couple of days, they gave us half board in both hotels for our whole stay. Incredible customer service. The food was good, with the usual wide variety of foods and quality was usually high. There is theme nights every night to have a bit of variety. As a meat lover, I particularly liked the barbeque night (Friday) with steak and chicken. The room had everything we needed and was spacious. The room maintenance was excellent (full change of towels/sheets every other day). Only negative was a lack of plug sockets next to the bed (so take a long charging cable!). Pool area was lovely, with a nice bar/cafe and seating area between the pools. Every staff member we met was helpful, efficient and friendly. An excellent holiday location.

We got to the hotel and were moved to another hotel because our room was flooded 😕,but the hotel we gotoved to was the HD Lobos around the corner which is unbelievable brand new and a massive upgrade with a swim up pool,we got lucky 👍🏼

Lovely apartment, on a fabulous complex, everything you require is on site, highly recommend.

Great hotel, very clean, large apartments with everything what is needed! Also gardens are stunning. Pools were heated, clean, lots of sun beds available. Very good food, lots of variety, always fresh fruits and veg available. Freshly grilled fish, meat, also pancakes, eggs made to order. Loved the theme nights and live stations. Evening entertainment was top, great artists. Staff always helpful and friendly, hard working and looking after guests. It was my sons birthday during our stay and the wine and card was such a lovely gesture!
