It did not meet our expectations for the price that we paid. The beds were old and uncomfortable and the staff were a bit rude. The heated pool was cold along with the hot tub. The food was just ok.

Villa was lovely. Well set out and good interlinked room for our 5 year old. Half board food from the buffet was enjoyable. Friendly reception and gate staff.

We liked the excellent breakfast and dinner, the heated pool (27°C), the jacuzzi, the friendly staff, and more generally the beautiful architecture of the resort.

- Staff are helpful and super kind. - Buffet has good selection of food, while not the best that is to be expected. - It was my sister in law’s birthday so at breakfast I requested a cake if possible and they brought this out some lovely brownies with candles on it and roses accompanied by a happy birthday song over the speakers and later left a local wine which was a nice surprise to come back to after visiting Oasis wildlife that day! - The reception team were super helpful in getting a rental car sorted for us almost immediately as well as a taxi! - Kitchen and washing machine so you can cook your own food and keep your clothes fresh. - Smart TV. - AC. - The jacuzzi is amazing if you can get a villa with one. - 1000000% recommend the spa. I had a time for detox facial which was absolutelyyy amazing. - Lots of parking. - 5 minute walk away from Lidl and Mercadona.

The food was good and staff very friendly The main thing we liked was the privacy to use the pool and sun bath. The site was very tidy and planting scheme was beautiful.

It was in many ways the perfect combination of a hotel and a villa. You had your own private pool and hot tub, and a huge, largely private rooftop space for dining or sunbathing - and your own kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and dining area - yet with the facilities of a hotel when you wanted them. I would get sick of eating catered food three times a day - so you can simply walk to the local large shop and restock your fridge. We loved it. It was immensely relaxing.

The villa was exceptional, very clean and spacious. The pool, although small, was a welcome addition after a long walk. The restaurant food was excellent with a huge variety of dishes. The staff were efficient, personable and welcoming.

Very friendly staff and plenty of them ! The entire complex was spotless You will need a taxi/ car into town or beach but they come very quickly on ordering. Lidl & Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk & a great wine shop further down. Watched an international sports match in the restaurant/ bar Massage excellent also We had a great time, thank you

“Premier villa”

Service is excellent ! If there is anything you need or want they will arrange it for you.. just ask ! Really everybody greets you with a big smile and they make you feel really welcome. Breakfast is very good, there is really everything you want, if not, just ask.. Diner buffet was very very nice, always hot and refilled. Special corner for kids. Desserts perfect! Variety of many cheeses and cold cuts (loved the Iberico ham) Staff at the restaurant always serve you with a big smile. Pool was well heated up to 27degrees ( which you need ) Hot tub on the roof terrace is lovely but it needs an hour to heat up. The bed in our premium villa was very cosy! (Read small !) Did not sleep very well the first night and mentioned it the next morning.. they arranged a topper immediately and slept like a baby the next days. Bathroom shower is good and very clean. Only 1 small sink. So bathroom could really need an upgrade Resort is kept very clean and feels safe with the excellent service of the guards at the front gate. Cab to city centre takes 5 minutes.
