“Quiet retreat in May”
Spacious room on a large hotel complex but not over busy. The layout is lovely. The small pool bar is welcoming as usual the small cocktail bar (not used this year). Apartments are well equipped and clean. Little supermarket has delicious fresh bread.

Everything was very good! Nice location, very close to the city center 10 min easy walk, no noise outside. Personal was very friendly and kind. Clean hotel and very good pool bar

“Very nice location with see view”
The hotel is very nice as it is not a huge one and it has a lot of vegetation. The swimming pools were super nice and the pool bar as well. Friendly staff.

Nightmare stay: cockroach infestation and total lack of staff concern I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our vacation in Fuerteventura was ruined by the presence of numerous cockroaches in our room. This is an absolutely unacceptable sanitary condition for any establishment hosting guests. The most serious issue, however, was the attitude of the staff. We reported the problem to the reception multiple times, but we were completely ignored. We received no apologies, nor were we offered a room change or any solution to the issue. The lack of professionalism and the indifference shown left us stunned. We will never return, and we advise anyone who values hygiene and expects basic respect as a customer to stay far away from this place.

“Relaxing Getaway with a Great Vibe”
I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s comfortable and in a very good location. The two large swimming pools are perfect for relaxing, plus there’s a small one for kids. The staff were very nice and helpful, but the bartender especially stood out — he creates a great atmosphere. I even missed him on my last day when someone else was working! And… he’s quite handsome, just saying. Overall, a great place with a nice vibe.
