“A little outdated and pricey but okay”
Great location on the beach, this is the one thing this hotel really has going for it. It's an old outdated hotel though so it does look dirty but our bathroom and beds etc were clean and as nice as can be.

“Very gross 🤢 , unfriendly staff Mary at front desk rude , .”
No breakfast , no bar outside , was closed , no working toilet in room . , no working ac in room . Debris and trash was everywhere. Staf unfriendly, Mary at front seat never provided receipt, I asked for one several times , paid more per room then what was quoted , the entire. Stay was doubled then what was quote on booking. Only one elevator was working. , no ac in in room . No working toilet in room. The pool Water yellowing and smelled like urine. . No outside shower , everything was broken and covered in yellow tape. .

“This hotel needs an upgrade.”
The room was not very clean and was falling apart from the ceiling to the floor. The bathroom toilet barely flushed and there was no water pressure. The mattress was a rock and the blankets were thin and hard. The heater also didn't work in the room. The elevators were in disrepair and barely worked.

A place with paid breakfast only has one high chair in the entire restaurant. We had two kids and we had to wait for other guest to be done using it. Squeaky spring beds with cheap metal base that are claimed as queen beds but are smaller than standard queen size beds. Checked-in late night at 1am and already informed that we will be checking out late. Got multiple calls from front desk after 11am in morning to remind me that I need to check out. Already informed maid who knocked our door that we will be checking out late. I asked to talk to manager but was told that manager is not available and would give me a call back. No call back at all. Very poor customer service. Hair blower was not working. Toilet flush has low pressure. Dirty/unclean floors. Cracked mirror edge in bathroom. Risk of someone injuring themselves. Wobbly elevator. Cheap craftsmanship all across.

Great location close to seawall, pool cleanliness and water temperature, great poolside bar, nice elegant hotel lobby, helpful and friendly staff. It really feels like a resort.
