The first room that we got the TV didn't work the second room they gave us couldn't sleep you could hear the traffic on the expressway the 3rd room it was a little better

“Comfortable and friendly staff.”
Check in/out and room was great, breakfast could be better but it’s standard. Love the coffee. The sitting by the pool table could use a good cleaning.

Modern, clean, comfortable beds and nice common areas. We did use the common areas quite a bit (which highlighted the difference with other hotels we stayed at) for having dinner, playing pool and just lounging. Conveniently located to the highway and north beaches, but farther to the barrier beaches. Breakfast was sufficient. Great overall

There was a water leak in the room above ours and water was dripping from the ceiling in our bathroom which we discovered around midnight and reported immediatly. We were told that they can't give us another room because they were fully booked but we will get a discount/refund on check-out. We were also asked to stay awake and they will let us know if further work is necessary in our room - they never reported back to us and we went to sleep around 2am. When I asked about the discount/refund at check-out I got told the general manager will contact us afterwards wich never happened. While I understand a leak can happen I do not understand these bad communication skills in a hotel of a good brand - making multiple promises to the clients and never fulfilling them is unaccaptable!
