“Not great, inconvenient and uncomfortable”
Had to change rooms due to the ac not cooling, other room was still not cooling. Usually a great place to stay.

The two gentlemen working the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. They gave us complimentary drink vouchers and were so excited to have us there. We got to stay on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and comfortable over night. The room was clean and the environment was calm. I absolutely loved this trip and hope to be back and learn about the spa thing.

Upon arrival the power was out due to high winds. Were told that the power wouldn't be back in a couple of hours, thankfully it was only about 39 minutes
