Breakfast acceptable, weak if comparing with European hotels but as for US standards was OK.

The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The location to the beach was great. The front desk staff was nice while checking in.

“Awful place do not stay here, place should be condemned.”
The room we had was a dump. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The tile floor in front of the sink was broken, sharp and loose. When you walked on them you could feel them shift. The room was filthy, water bottles behind the headboard, dirt and dust on the floor around the bed, cobwebs. The ceiling popcorn had partially fallen down, the floor under the carpet was uneven. There was a hole in the drywall next to the shower, I kept expecting a rat to crawl out of it. If we hadn't checked in so late and didn't have a lot of confidence I could have found another hotel room I would have left and demanded my money back. I have stayed at other Days inn's and this place does not deserve to have that affiliation.
