Great hospitality. The staff is always willing to help, very responsive and polite. The location is pretty central; everything you need is nearby. I highly recommend it.

“Simply excellent experience”
The team here were super helpful. Especially as we don't speak Albanian! We needed restaurant recommendations and help with a couple of practical issues. They couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming. Next time I'm there, this is my hotel of choice.

The rooms, the staff, and location for our Osumi Canyon tubing experience was very nice. We thought the breakfast service was an added sweet touch! The little village itself was right there. River running through the back. Very cool. I’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in the center and not on the top of the city! So it was really easy to access😊 3 mins from the bus stop. Also it's better than pictures and clean! We really liked the room☺ it was a bit cold in the evening, but there was a heater. The lady doesn't speak English, but she called her daughter who explained us everything! Also she helped us to find the right bus and the timetable 🙏 Breakfast was good and more than enough 😋 just would be great to have hot drinks in the morning! But there is a coffee shop right on the corner (with great traditional ice cream😍) I can recommend this place❤ P. S. The shower has no doors or curtains, so it's wet, but it's almost everywhere in Albania, Balkan and Turkey as we noticed 😄

The owners are very nice and the breakfast, that was delivered to our room, was very good. We loved listening to the river right behind our window. There was also a parking reserved for the guests, right in front of the hotel.

“Great hospitality and location”
Amazing hospitality of the owners. They reflected any wish we had with kindness and even went beyond that. The breakfast was rich and more than enough for the whole family. We had a nice view over the river and all restaurants and shops were just next door. We fully recommend it!

Lovely host who is in shop next door and looked after us with parking our car outside hotel, complimentary turkish delight and to bringing our breakfast to our room which was lovely and filling! The room was super clean and has a pleasant view of central square outside window where you could watch people promenading in the early evening. Good value for the price.

The property is very central, big fulfilling Albanian breakfast with tasty local food. The personal is nothing but accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless with everything you need. Would highly recommend
