The guest House is quiet new and was a very good stay there. Very good Service and a pefectly breakfast for a good start in the day. We was only one Night for duration there.

We stayed in an apartment consisting of two triple rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The space is generous and can comfortably accommodate a group. Outside, there is a small area where you can park your car, as well as a table with chairs where you can sit and relax. It's important to note that the apartment is located on the ground floor of a building, at the intersection of a few streets. Because of this, there was quite a bit of noise in the evening — cars frequently passed by at high speed with loud music, especially until around midnight. This could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. The host doesn’t speak English, but we were still able to communicate without major issues. We appreciated that a breakfast was offered, which included omelette, sausages, and donuts with jam — a nice and thoughtful gesture. Overall, the apartment offers good space and facilities, but more attention should be paid to cleanliness and noise insulation.

Very spacious and well located. Only 7 minutes from the centre. Really friendly owners, the nicest people ever! Gave us a very warm welcome which made us enjoy our stay even more. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend❤️

Very modern place with good beds and was all spotless. We were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who was really helpful and offered us to drive us to a point in the Canyon so we could walk back!

This villa is incredible. Beautiful, large and very comfortable. Beds are so comfy! Bathroom is nice with a good shower. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice coffee machine. Does lack a fridge although there is a mini fridge in each of the 2 bedrooms. Parking right outside your door. The host was so welcoming and although there was quite a language barrier we communicated through some Google translate. She was a lovely person. She made us a fresh breakfast every morning which was very nice and varied a little. Take a walk up the hill to restaurant embeltore ylli streneci for a truly wonderful dinner. Probably the most impressive place we stayed in Albania. Absolutely amazing value for such a beautiful villa. Don't hesitate to book this place

A lovely self contained apartment on the ground floor with parking outside. One of the best we have ever stayed in! A very friendly host. There were two bedrooms both good size with single and double bed so could sleep 6 guests. Both bedrooms had a small fridge and bottled water. There were sofas and a table in the living area. The bathroom had a walk in shower, and all was very clean. There was plenty of towels and a heater in each room or air con you can control the temperature of each room. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, cutlery and plates, with a stove hob. Breakfast brought at time requested which was omelettes, boiled egg, bread, cucumber, and orange juice. I would highly recommend. It is an 8 Min drive to the Canyon.

My boyfriend and I were blown away by this accommodation. It is a spacious, very beautifully furnished and very clean and nice smelling apartment. The beds and mattresses are some of the best we have ever slept on. The blackout of the apartment is also perfectly done, so nothing wakes you up in the morning. Everything is soundproofed, you can't hear any noise from the house or the street at night. Everything is very quiet, including the inaudible air conditioning which works great. The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady who is happy to help and advise and it is obvious that she enjoys the guests' opr There is absolutely everything you could need including an iron or washing machine. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady who is happy to help and advise and it is obvious that she really appreciates her guests. In the morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast for us at the agreed hour, which included homemade butter, homemade jam or Albanian cottage cheese and fresh bread. There is absolutely everything you might need including an iron or washing machine. The bathroom has all the essentials including beauty products or a toothbrush if you need one. The kitchen is fully equipped, there was nothing we missed during our stay. Parking is immediately at the entrance to the apartment. There is excellent coffee 50 metres above the apartment and plenty of shops nearby We personally recommend Piceri di Oro down on the square. Excellent pizza and excellent lady owner. It's a great starting point for a trip to Osum Canyon which is 7 minutes by car This is our several times staying in Albania and it is definitely comparable if not better than a 4 star hotel. Definitely recommended!
