The hot water was turned off in the hotel. If your hotel is not ready to receive guests, you do not need to sell the rooms. It should be closed for repairs, and not accommodate guests.No one warned us that there would be no water in our room. We arrived with a small child. No one apologized, offered a discount or any other compensation. All the staff didn't care at all. We were offered to go to some other bathroom in another house, but this bathroom was dirty, it was cold and there were insects! And there were spiders in our room! And it was cold. This is the worst experience in Argentina. It's strange that the hotel doesn't care so much about its reputation that it allows itself such things.

“Very nice restored house.”
The building is nicely restored. The room was nice too. Hot water in shower without waiting for water to heat up. The staff are very personable and helpful. Parking available and located off the street behind the building.
