“The best decision to book MKB pension!”

We stayed 7 days and we recommend staying at MKB Pension! :) The host, Kaye, is a very sweet and nice person, she knows very well what hospitality means, she pays attention to what you need and she is always helping you. She can help you booking motorcycle as well or tours. When you arrive at MKB you don't feel lost, but wellcomed and everything is very easy to find. The Pension is basically in the city, very good location because it's not close to the street so you don't hear people on the street. The room was clean, the AC is not loud at all, we didn't have problems with it for the whole staying, you have tv, towels, soap, shampoo. We also had Wifi and it worked well. We had the room with the balcony that was AMAZING, we didn't expect to have balcony so we were very happy. Around the pension there are houses of local people so it was actually very nice to wake up early in the morning and to adapt to a new rutine because they have roosters and chickens and it feels very rustic/authentic. Anyways, if you use pluggers for your ears you will not hear anything. We changed our rutine also because everything is closed in the city after 22, so everyone is going to sleep early and wakes up early. You don't have what to do after 22 anyways. Our staying wouldn't have been so pleasant if it was not also our host, Kaye, that was a sweetheart! So a big thank you to her for her hospitality and good heart! Five stars 🔆

Room ok size with decent quiet aircon. Free instant coffe (3 in 1) and water. Wifi good when its on. Is fairy quiet location set back from main road, so apart from potential noise from other guests its possible to get a good sleep. Two shared bathrooms for male and female, so usually no issues. Good communication and friendly owners.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room itself was small but cozy with everything I needed. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, close to everything. It was the perfect base for my stay, and I would definitely come back again.

“Enjoyable Stay”

Great stay. Host is incredibly friendly providing lots of advice and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Location is close to the center (only a short walk). There is also a grocery store 1 minute walk away. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay on a smaller budget. Thank you again to the host ensuring we had a great stay.

The lady is a very nice person. Really makes you feel like home and she helps you with everything you need, including booking tours, transfers and motor bike rental. Very good A/C with no noise, which is great. Always had hot water :) almost no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Great location. Five minutes walking and you are at the center of Coron with all the good restaurants. Coffee and water available during all the stay (hot and cold water)

We had a perfect stay for 6 days. The women who take care of this accommodation are pure love and help you with absolutely everything. The location is only 1 minute from the main street and super good value for money. The air conditioning works perfectly. I recommend it 100%.

We arrived straight from the expedition, tired, and it was a great idea to book here. The girl who runs the guesthouse is wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

The room was clean and the aircon wasn't too loud during the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They have free coffee and water.

Hosts was friendly and they also helped us to book the tours. I was surprised that that cheap window AC was quite during the night, that is a huge bonus, as in many other hotels that window AC is a nightmare.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean accommodations, and a welcoming, helpful host. Truly outstanding value for money!

Amazing helpful and friendly host - helped organise trike hire and airport transfer as well as giving good local recommendations. Quick walk into Coron and up to Mt Tapyas. The family room had air con, a big bathroom and balcony. Good value for money.
