The room was lovely and clean heater was on when we arrived and it was so close to town we could park the car and walk into town excellent and we’ll definitely stay there again. Thank you Mike and Trish.

“Fabulous place to stay”
Owners were so very welcoming and accommodating, Pool was tepid so still perfect on a 20 degree day. They made every effort to have 3 families beside each other. We will definitely return. Highly recommend

“Great spot to stay with a heated pool”
Very warm welcome. Location great. Able to have adjoining rooms with other family. Pool was heated to lukewarm so fabulous for Easter swimming. Grandkids spent hours in the pool whilst Adults watched from the spa. Lovely grounds

Good location for easy access to the town centre. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. All-in-all the room, the location and cleanliness of the room was very good with only some minor observations being made.

Very kind person at reception made arriving at Anchor Lodge very welcoming. The room with balcony was lovely, beds comfortable, and everything was clean. Would stay here again.
