Everything was just fine. There is no parking lot, but we parked our car in front of the hotel. Perfect location, good breakfast.

We tried for 1 month to get ahold of them for some questions and we didnt manage threw message, email, phone or booking.com!!! Worst comunication ever.... We end up choosing another hotel for our stay because of that, even if we paid the stay at this hotel too

“Good centrally located hotel at a good price.”
Very good location close to the center. There is a playground next to the hotel. Breakfast was good but with little choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff speaks Bulgarian.

No hot water in the bathroom. The guy on the reception was insisting that the reservation is not paid, and after 10-15 minutes the issue was resolved, don't know how. The breakfast wasn't as good as before, also some of the meals wasn't present anymore at around 8:30 am.

“Nice stay”
The hotel's location is great in the centre near to the pedestrian streets and markets. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clear and spacious. There are parking spots around the hotel, but also there is a paid parking nearby.
