“HORRENDOUS!”
It is disgusting!! I emailed them previously to say both disabled, low floor needed. Access to reception a long flight of stone stairs direct from street. The appartment was in ANOTHER STREET and for us access impossible as entered direct from street and SEVERAL flights of stone stairs to any accommodation. Impossible for us. We stayed one night in a normal room then found another hotel. These steps and true location pictures are not on your site. I want two nights payment refunded. And you should remove from your site. I have always used you but will never trust again!

“Expect nothing else than a roof over your head”
Beds had hair from previous visitors and the room wasn't cleaned at all. It was disgusting

“Nice trip in a good flat”
The flats are situated in the centre of the town. There are shops all around. The main market is 10 min walk from the flat. There was a breakfast in the lobby of the hotel which is 5 min walk from the flat. The flat was spacious, equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The heating was working non stop at 30 degrees - perfect temperature for the ladies. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a free parking in the middle between the hotel and the flat.

We were very pleased with our stay. The personal were very friendly, understanding and helpful(we wanted to go around the city and they navigated us really well). We will come back here again!
