“Clean comfortable hotel outside the old town.”

The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean and comfortable the restaurant and food were good. We were offered free parking either out the front of the hotel or in the spacious under ground carpark. The hotel is a short distance from the old town, which can be reached easily by catching the bus from out the front of the hotel.

Nice modern room with all facilities. Well located for a stopover. Good shopping center Foodcourt at nearby shopping center. ( Sunday night and the restaurant was closed )

The staff (particularly Arriana) were friendly and very helpful. It was well-located for our purposes , including being close to Navarra Arena and shopping facilities.

The decor and furnishings were modern and functional. Furthermore, the double bed was ample and very comfortable. In addition, the receptionists and bar staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a retail park, it offers parking spaces outside or an underground car park (which would be very helpful had we been on our motorbikes). The reception staff were great and the booking in process was handled nicely. Our room was a large double room with a good size bathroom, all of which was very clean. The view from the window was of the sports shop behind the hotel, so not the prettiest :) . The bar and restaurant were both very good as was the breakfast the next morning. The cost of the hotel was reasonable for a 4 star as were the costs of the drinks and meal. Its situated too far from Pamplona center to be considered a good tourist hotel but as an overnight stop it was very good and we are likely to visit again. I would definitely recommend it for an overnight stop.

I stayed at this hotel during a leisure trip with a group of friends, and we were all really impressed. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s taste. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the secure parking and the hotel’s convenient location, which made getting around super easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!
