The friendliness of the staff And the excellent breakfast. I also like the location, as I take a bus to the centre of Pamplona from right outside the hotel, which means I can leave my car and enjoy tapas and wine.

It looks better on photos than in the reality, but at the end it does the job.

The hotel was great for our needs. The room was really comfortable, lovely hot shower, good meal on the night of our arrival and a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Great affordable hotel in the middle of nowhere”

The staff spoke fluent English and even let us switch to a room with single beds. The room itself was a typical modern hotel room—efficient with space, clean, and everything was in perfect working order. The hotel has parking in the front and back, and we were able to park our motorcycles without any issues. However, the lot was already quite full, so I can see how it might be tricky to find a spot if you arrive late in the evening. The breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. It was a buffet that was on par with the quality I've experienced on business trips in Germany. They finally had eggs and bacon, and the orange juice was excellent. I would definitely come back again one day.

Such helpful and friendly check in staff with brilliant English. The guy on reception was superb - he explained the busses and suggested places to see and eat - so friendly and kind and remembered my name the next morning. A credit to the company a lovely young man!

Great location, free parking and friendly staff

We were staying for one night (3 persons). There was a shower inside the room (when I checked reviews, a lot of people were disappointed, but I couldn't see any problem here - you have curtains to hide you when you get out of the shower). The bed was comfortable (hard mattress, but very small pillows for me). It was air-conditioned. It was possible to close the windows so much that no sunshine could get inside, and you could sleep in darkness. Breakfast not included, but you can pay 10 euros per person (not so much to choose, but no one will be hungry - not sure about vegetarian). Not enough parking places near by hotell, but there is possibility to park your car near by hotell ( very helpful stuff).

Great staff, quick check in, room is basic, but great for a single night rest. There is also a small gym on top floor.
