The property is impeccably clean, both common areas and the room. Certain staff were particularly friendly and attentive. The room was very attractive, particularly the main light. The bathroom was particularly attractive; however, the two sizeable steps from the bedroom to the bathroom (which had a raised floor and higher ceiling) were a bit awkward. I liked the location, though some may find it slightly too far from the bustling zocalo. Initially, I was disappointed with breakfast: two slices of cold toast, hard butter, budget quality jam, weak American coffee, the tiniest amount of cereal with yoghurt, and some fruit. However, there is a choice of hot items, and the items I chose on both mornings were excellent. My room (three) has pleasant views overlooking an extensive plant nursery on the other side of the road.

Location was great, the room was clean and tidy and facilities were looked-after. Personnel was very helpful, even in situations were the street car park was busy we were offered a close-by car park.

Brilliant hotel, haelpful staff, amazing rooms, very clean and tidy. The fact that they have breakfast included is a bonus. Location is excellent.

This Hotel had by far the best beds we slept in Mexico! The staff was super friendly, helpfull and always asking if we need anything else! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The safe parking right aroung the corner and the nice breakfast made this Hotel perfect for our stay. Not to forget the super shower with plenty of hot water! It was a pleasure!

“Excellent experience”

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, comfy, clean, great facilities and near by restaurants and convenience stores. No Uber so I had to take a local cab. I hardly recommend this place.
