The host Rafa was more than helpful. He even took the sink apart to recover a gold chain that went down the plug hoke! He was very friendly.

Beautiful and clean rooms as well as the environment. Friendly and helpful owners who helped us planning the day trips. The village is gorgeous, peaceful and worth of visiting with lovely walking paths.

Fantastic b&b! Very pretty and great value

Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a charming, authentic old village. The room exceeded our expectations compared to the booking photos – very spacious, with a large bathroom, and decorated in a beautiful traditional style. There’s also a lovely shared living room on the ground floor, and the whole house resonates with gorgeous jazz music, which creates a really unique and cozy atmosphere. On top of that, there are two terraces – a big plus for relaxing after a day of exploring. Rafa, the owner, kindly allowed us to check in early and was incredibly helpful, giving us great tips on the must-see spots in the area. We used it as a base and drove daily to the most popular beaches and tourist attractions, all within 20–40 minutes. Highly recommended – come and enjoy it!

“A real gem of a place”

Rafa was, as others have said, an exceptional host, easy to talk to and helpful with ideas for excursions. It was very hot when we were there but the house stayed cool without aircon. The breakfast was nice - it was good not to have croissants, and it was carefully prepared. The house was very interesting, especially the old well used as a shower and a a gorgeous roof terrace. Overall, there was careful attention to guests' needs with lots of comfy chairs and a place to make tea or coffee. We didn't taste the craft beer on offer, unfortunately! There are two restaurants almost on the doorstep - both very good. Some very cool (in the old fashioned sense) places to park and some attractive villages to visit. A real treat.

Beautiful room. Great bed and great host. In a village which was nice. No airco but no need for that (we were here in September). Lovely stay!

“Large and very spacious room.”

I liked the location of the hotel. The room is very spacious. Very attentive hotel owner/employee. There is a place to park your car for free close to the hotel. The breakfast is really good and it is served in good quantity, and it is prepared/served by the owner/employee ("pre-assembled" individually for the guests in the room, it is not self-service). If you want to repeat something you have to ask. The problem is that people may not always want to eat all the items that are served, on the other hand this avoids waste preparing a lot of food that may not be consumed. My suggestion: ask guests if they have any restrictions/preference with any of the items they will have for breakfast and if so, replace the item by another, or increase another portion, etc.

Leo, the Argentinian born host, is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The building is full of character and has a great rooftop terrace.

“Amazing host”

We were extremely pleased by the host's hospitality, apartment and breakfast. Apartment is located in a quiet village on a quiet street in historical building which was built in XV century. Apartment is very spacious as spacious is its bathroom. Hostess Maria and host Leo are very hospitable and intelligent persons. We had a pleasant conversation with them and they told us about building's history and history of the village, Catalan and local culture. Quality of sleep is awesome; breakfast is made of local fresh food and fruits ans is substantial. We wished we had spent more days at Maria's and Leo's place. Highly recommended!!

“Absolutely fantastic b&b”

Situated in a beautiful old Spanish village with narrow streets & alleyways. We managed to park outside whilst unloading our luggage then parked the car in a large free car park about 100 yds away. Leo was extremely friendly & helpful even insisting on helping us with our luggage from our car to the room. The room was so quaint with vaulted stone ceiling. There was a small interior terrace with seating area, table & fridge. Although there was no air con there was a very efficient fan. The breakfast area & rooftop terrace was up 2 flights of stairs, so not suitable if anyone has mobility issues. Leo prepared us an excellent breakfast of fresh orange juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, toast, croissant & jam, & lovely fresh brewed coffee. Our stay here was perfect & hope one day to return to this wonderful b&b.

Very warm welcome - beautiful old building , gorgeous room with super terrace overlooking the village. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh yoghurt with nuts, hams, cheese, fresh orange, great coffee, scrambled eggs, frech croissants and toast, jams, all served in peaceful beautiful room on the top floor. Magical.

María the host was generous and very nice, we felt at home. The house is so interesting and welcoming. It was very clean, quiet ant comfortable. The location was perfect for us, small village but nice places around by car. * some of the rooms with stairs, for us it was not a problem, but it’s important to know

The hosts were attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was tasteful and well equipped. The room was spacious, clean and the decor very stylish.
