This resort steps out of the ordinary because of its food, the food here actually tastes good, is warm and the staff pays a lot of attention to refilling the items even before they are empty. As their motto says: „ A touch of belgian hospitality“ combined with the kindness of the egyptians this place makes you feel like someone really cares about your wellbeing. The staff is incredible nice, respectful, attentive, funny and really friendly, from housekeepers, waiters, receptionists, diving center staff ( who are independent) , taxi company until managers. Everyone here just gives you a good vibe. And I love that about them, I know how busy they are and how much they work. The exquisite resort has a pristine sandy beach, with sparkling turquoise water ( literally crystal clear water, not those photoshopped photos of different beaches in Egypt that you see on Google), surrounded by desert. In front of the jetty you have an amazing reef where the rich marine life invites you to watch an underwater show. The place is offering understated elegance, privacy and unparalleled personal service.

thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!

This is you my first visit and the reception was good from the staff and they welcomed and received well and handed me the room before the appointment and throughout the stay the help from the staff was good to provide the available amenities and the place is clean and good and the restaurant and the types of food provided are good and the evening entertainment is good the pool is also good and clean

“Small resort with great food and coral reef in fromt of your beach”

First of all the resort is not that big and it doesn’t take a lifetime to cross from the beach to the the restaurant. I will point here the PROs: - the wifi was working also in the rooms and even at the beach free of charge. - the staff was very friendly - the sellers weren’t pushy like in most of the resorts - the best thing here was the food, everybody knows the food in the resorts in Egypt is terrible, this place has not a big variety of food, but the quality is good so actually i was impressed i was not skipping any meal. The food was tasty ( especially the cakes) and always warm. The beer had actually gas. And the staff doesn’t put food in your plate without limit, first less and you can ask for more ( better to stop wasting food) - everyone was really kind - very clean room, room and bathroom in good condition, nothing was broken - in front of the Jetty by the beach is a beautiful coral reef with a big variety of fish, turtle and one day a manta was crossing by. Everything in front of your hotel - the hotel is managed by a belgian man so they try to follow European standards. I haven’t heard about any food poisoning in this hotel - special thanks to a lady at the Spa for her great massage ( i forgot her name) and to Mr Nassar from the restaurant, very kind and friendly.

Everything here is great, the service is excellent and the staff are really nice, especially in the main restaurant and the nut bar. The waiter is Hamada Al-Sudani.he is really nice guy
