Everything was perfect. Mr Hesham Helmy, Executive Manager, and Mr Morsi Ali, front office Manager, very professional and always kind and helpful. They manage this resort very well. Great attention to every detail. Food is of very good quality and varies every day. Head chef always ready to welcome suggestions. Housekeeping top. Beaches, pool and position are perfect. We will be back next year.

“Pristine hotel and great value for money”

Lovely hotel in Hughada, staff were friendly and newly renovated restaurant should be open now. Lots for kids, swim up bars, small hotel which we liked, very clean and green. Amazing value for money. Was worried about the planes but you really couldn't hear them. Nice relaxed vibe

“Extremely comfortable and relaxed”

The overall feel is very luxurious, everything looks neat and clean, it is spacious and although it’s a big property it never feels crowded or noisy. It was an extremely relaxing holiday due to the super attentive staff. They are there to help and they are friendly and happy in a good way. The food is also way better than expected from an all in concept. It is freshly prepared, plenty of choice, lots of healthy choices and you can see that they put effort and love in it, also having an eye for reducing food waste. We will definitely come back.

“Affordable semi-luxury”

Location super nice, area well maintained and clean and good rooms. For divers there is a Diving School on walking distance. Most of the nicer dive sites require bus & boat transport, but some simple dives can be done straight from the shore. Great location for getting certified - if you are certified I'm not so sure and possibly would move closer down to Marsa Alam/Port Ghalib and save on transport time.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We are highly satisfied.

It’s a great hotel but what makes it really exceptional are the people. The staff is super friendly and kind without being fake. They really grow on you during your stay and I miss them already 😭. It’s a beautiful hotel, great food, best service and the beach is great for snorkeling. I lived every bit of it and I can’t wait to come back again.

“Beautiful, friendly, modern, clean with breathtaking sea views.”

What I love about the area is that there is a long walkway (2km) running through all the hotels on the bay, so you can take long walks in the evenings or a jog in the morning. There are several options where you can get into the sea (jetty or via the beach in the bay), depending on the wind situation. Having a heated pool was also very useful in February!

We had a great time at Jaz Elite Maraya (our second stay). Here’s what we loved: • The food was truly delicious — varied, fresh, and full of flavor. • Service throughout the hotel was excellent, staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. • Big shoutout to the animation team, especially Zizu, who brought amazing energy and fun to the days and evenings! • The hotel is smaller, which we actually loved — it felt cozy and personal, yet everything was well organized and smooth. • The coastal promenade is fantastic for running or evening walks, and the connection to the other five neighboring hotels through gardens adds to the charm. • The aqua park in the hotel next door is a huge bonus — lots of fun for kids and adults alike. • We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was beautiful with stunning view to the sea, but since it wasn’t heated, it was really cold and not really worth the money. And a special thank you to Mohamed (hope I spelled it right) — the cleaner from room 1059 — your care and attention to detail made a big difference. Thank you so much!

Very friendly staff At reception in restaurants poolbar . If you did not find the right food for you in main restaurant , than there is possibility of good italian , tepaniaki, egyptian , azian restaurants . Nice pool good diving center . Super seaview .

“Really good stay. We would come back. Great for families”

The staff was really attentive and super friendly. Food was very good. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The reef was ok. Aquapark was nice. The fact you could use facilities of all Jaz hotels was a big plus.

“Book a la carte restaurants before your arrival”

For a la carte restaurants - usually two times included during one week - one must reserve well ahead of arrival! Otherwise, you might experience as we did that the first available slot was on day 5 only. Each hotel has their own buffet main restaurant, with no reservation needed. All the 7 Jaz resorts within this compound share the 4-5 separate a la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. There are 2-3 more restaurants paid extra. Our favorite was the Seahorse with see view. Food in the buffet Jaz Maraya restaurant is excellent, though - with Egyptian dishes and deserts even better than in the a la carte restaurant!

That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

“Absolutely unparalleled experience rooted in serenity and hospitality”

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be !
