Really we enjoyed our stay in this hotel A big thanks to Mr Mahmoud Mahgoub the room manager for his support & dedication along with Mohamed in reception for easy & fast room delivery . Thanks to our hero in the restaurant Mubarak who was very dedicated to make us happy & enjoying our meals, he is customer centric & put the customers at his heart ❤️. Thanks to Ahmed Mokhtar in the pool bar, the guy with every moment smile & speedy service even under high pressure . I recommend this place in Marsa Alam . The food is delicious . Snorkeling is good . Rooms are good & clean .

“Pleasant stay”

We had a pleasant stay at the Grand Jaz Hotel in Marsa Alam. The resort nice, clean, well‑kept, and offers easy access to a beautiful reef. The staff were kind and polite and the food had enough variety for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic stay. The resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and hospitality. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the high quality of service, everything met our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, making the experience truly memorable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a stunning view that was the highlight of every morning. The atmosphere of the resort is serene, and the attention to detail in the amenities provided made for a very seamless and luxurious stay. The team here is professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Many thanks to Oksana (GR) for being so helpful, Mr. Ayman for his warm welcome, also the restaurant managers & the all the staff especially Mr. A. Ibrahim for his usual care. It was an oustanding experience that we would like to take it again.

I recently came back from a short 4-day vacation in Marsa Alam and once again I had a wonderful experience. The resort is always a guarantee in terms of quality, comfort, and organization. The sea and the sunshine were absolutely amazing – truly the highlight of the trip and exactly what I was looking for. A special mention goes to all the staff, who are consistently kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ayman Adel and Ms. Oksana for their kindness, support, and dedication, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food could be improved, but overall it didn’t affect the great experience I had. I would definitely recommend this resort and I look forward to coming back again!

“HIGLY RECOMMEND........”

JAZ is located in a very good place, it is quite close to the airport as well as Port Ghalib.It was our 7th visit in Egypt,everyone in winter time of course when temperature in Poland is not too friendly for normal people and sun is visible only few times per month.We must say that JAZ was the best resort we visited and the competition was hard to beat...Hyatt,SHeraton,Movenpick etc. especially because of wide variety of tasty meals what is not a standart in other resorts where everything looks different but has the same or similar taste,here one advise....serve more mango,it is as good as in Thailand and I can not understand why it is not imported to Poland insted of that shit from Brasil. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly, often with a nice sense of humour,so we spent our days there in really pleasant atmosphere and I am quite sure we'll visit that place as soon as possible. What we can recommend to other travellers especially that it is egyptian company net not a multinational corpo sucking only money from that country.

Everything was well kept, great service. Everyone was welcoming. The rooms had everything we needed and the ocean view & access were perfect. Felt good to relax a couple days here. Very nice vibe! Would stay again

Hotel Review – Unforgettable Stay in Egypt Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional and full of warm moments, thanks to the outstanding staff and overall service. Reda – the housekeeping staff member – made our stay extra special. Every day, he surprised us with beautiful towel art that brought smiles to our faces. He kept our room spotless and welcoming, and his attention to detail truly amazed us. Ahmed Omar who assisted us during meals, always managed to brighten our day with his humor and kind nature. The table service was excellent, and the drink service was smooth and attentive. He welcomed my husband, our children, and me with so much warmth – we felt at home immediately. Oksana was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available for anything we needed, ensured we lacked nothing, and provided us with all the relevant information. Her kindness and availability did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated. As for the hotel itself – it is simply fantastic and absolutely worth recommending. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the service is of the highest quality, and the variety within the resort is impressive. We truly felt that nothing was missing. It’s one of the few places where you really feel no corners are being cut. From day one, we felt like royalty. Another thing we truly appreciated was how every staff member introduced themselves respectfully and always made sure our needs were met. Thank you for an unforgettable experience – we’ll definitely be back!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely beyond perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with every little touch carefully thought out. The facilities exceeded my expectations — everything was elegant, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. What truly made the experience special was the atmosphere — calm, luxurious, and filled with genuine hospitality. I’ve stayed in many places before, but this one truly stands out. I would recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to come back again soon.

Everything was very clean, beautiful and spaceous room and balkony, room service was very good, beautiful reef, you can watch many beautiful fish close to the beach. We even saw rays. The Pool area ist also beautiful and spaceous with a pool bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Most of the Staff is very kind and friendly. Internet works quiet good in the whole hotel area.

Comfortable stay , perfect location, amazing beach and corals to see. Clean rooms and food was delicious.

The waiters were very poor, arguing in front of us when trying to have dinner dirty cups and plates took a while to be removed

“Beautiful resort with top service and ideal for freediving”

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. The food and beverage team went above and beyond to cater gluten-free and lactose. I didn’t get ill from my food allergies, it is something I worry about on holiday but it was completely safe for me and I felt very relaxed about it. The house reef is gorgeous! My boyfriend and I enjoyed freediving.
