The best thing in the hotel is the people who work in the hotel. Thanks to them we feel like we are at our home. Everything was amazing. We even canceled our diving program just to stay more in this hotel. But we have to especially thank Omar El Said and shukry in the reception. They are great people and we make long our staying because of their kindaness and helpful behaviors. From the first time until we leave, they felt us very comfortable and thanks to, them we spent great time. We also need to thank kamal who is in charge of aqua park. Our son enjoyed a lot in this fest Aqua park and he wants to come again this hotel. We exactly come in January again from Turkey here for just this hotel and these great people. From now on, this hotel will be only choice for us. We stayed many luxury hotels (maybe more luxuries than here) all over the world but we never enjoy like here because of these people’s kindsness and helpful behaviors. Thanks for everything! We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The small scale of the hotel created a peaceful and personal atmosphere, which we really appreciated. No mass tourism here – just a relaxed environment where everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. That sincere hospitality truly made our experience special. The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious – with a great variety of dishes every day. The location was ideal too: quiet, yet close to the beach and the other Jaz hotels, which guests can also enjoy. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would highly recommend Jaz Neo Dar El Madina to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized vacation in Egypt. We will definitely come back!

An Unforgettable Stay! My children and I had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The reception was warm and welcoming, and every member of the staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — was incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the quality was excellent. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic — fun, clean, and safe for kids of all ages. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. This definitely won’t be our last visit — we’ll be back very soon, God willing!

Rooms were spacious and cosy, the staff were amazing, especially Kaseem ,the guest relations responsible, and the restaurant staff were amazing and welcoming always especially Reda and Omar.

Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a great variety of food in the main restaurant, and two items on the grill at the lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurants food was very tasty and delicious. Coral reefs and snorkeling was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience when we saw dolphins swimming by us at the sea, also the sea turtle made a special appearance :). What makes this place really stand out is the people. The staff are hospitality professionals. We were a big large family (13 people) and I heard the same feedback from all my family. The staff made sure we were really having a memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Kasem at the guest relations, Mohammed at the grill station, and Omar at the main restaurant. Can't forget Om Adam and her freshly baked bread. You really made our experience exceptional.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations Starting from Mr Kaseem from the Guest relations who made everything during my family stay smooth and very quick check in and check out on the last day. Food quality and variety is a top notch. Mr Karem restaurant manager along with Taha the waiter made sure that everything was good and any special requests has been taken care of. Room house keeping made sure to make my child smile with those towel characters made everyday, thank you The animation team (Messy, Charlotte, Osama) made sure that every member of the family is entertained throughout the day by doing different kinds of activities The aqua park was huge with different slides that suits all ages from babies to grow ups I have enjoyed the beach especially the bay area. Its accessible through the sister hotel SOLAYA in which you can see the fish without having to do snorkeling
