Breakfast was fine, orange juice, decaf coffee with cream and sweetener, three blueberry pancakes, and three slices of tasty bacon. The buffet breakfast which I had enjoyed on a previous stay and which I expected is served only on weekends, which I did not know when I booked this time. Dinner was not so good. I ordered the sirloin steak, medium rare, which it was. But the outside was charred to burned, and the inside was tough and grisly. The beef fat French fries were drenched in fat, which made them not very tasty--too much fat taste and not enough potato taste. The meal was almost inedible. The only good thing about the meal was the salad which came with the steak, and the salad was very nice. I left most of the French fries on my plate and about one-fourth of the steak. The server asked if I wanted a box for what I had left on my plate, and I said, "No." The room was very nice, spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There was no shortage of hot water in the bathroom.

“We have travelled quite a bit for the boys rugby - and I would rate this as the best hotel we have ever stayed in .”
It was clean and new and the set up reminded of a five star hotel . Great gym and pool ! The rooms were not only beautiful but quite and dark which made for a good nights stay .

“Clean, great area, nice river walk right behind and friendly staff!”
We had a long drive and didn’t have time for dinner. We ordered room service breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was quick. Full pot of coffee and a great breakfast plus no waiting at a restaurant.
