“Beautiful Villa with everything you need”

We had an amazing stay at this villa and truly enjoyed our experience. The villa is spacious, very clean, and designed in a way that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The garden area is beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The facilities had exactly everything we needed, with all amenities being practical and thoughtfully provided. The pool was excellent – very clean, well maintained, and a real highlight of our stay, making our relaxing moments even more enjoyable. The location was also great, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which made everything even more convenient. We would also like to thank the owners for kindly allowing us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated and which made our departure much more comfortable. We felt at home and would definitely love to come back!

Good location, easier with a hire car but there are frequent buses from a 5 minute walk away. 1/2 hour walk to Philippos Supermarket or 5 mins in a car, much better than the ones round the corner. Patio in shade was lovely with BBQ. Upstairs terrace is nice with great views but too hot for me as no shade. Kitchen good and easy to cater for family. Nice pool for cooling off in. Lovely white cat will come and visit/move in.

“So glad I booked this villa- everyone loved it!”

Well where do I start? When we arrived with our (just) grown-up children, they all gasped. The villa was so beautiful, spaceous and clean! the added bonus was the completely separate 4th bedroom, which is actually an apartment with ensuite, kitchen and living area. Perfect for our son and his fiancee! The beds were lovely and comfy and the aircon kept us cool on the warm nights. Then the patio- wow! We spent a lot of time there, chatting, playing games, having our meals and we had BBQs on 3 of the nights. The upstairs sun terrace was wonderful too- my daughters spent most of their time on there. The kitchen was really well equipped. LOADS of towels too, more than enough, plus beach towels. We had the little white cat come to see us- apparently she's a stray but does know some guests feed her at Villa Neyla. She was a bit poorly but we told Irina and she kindly took her (him?) to the vets and s/he was much better. She didn't have to do that but it shown how kind she is! The location is lovely too- 2 minutes to the kiosk, 5 minutes to a small supermarket and 5 mins drive to a huge supermarked (Phillippos) that sells just about everything. The beaches there are gorgeous! There is a bus stop also 5 mins away, which takes you to Paphos and other destinations. Wifi was great, the instructions for the house were clear and easy. A couple of things were not working, but Irina and Andrey fixed it immediately. On the last day, we were in a bit of a pickle, as our flight back was not until late that night, and with a neurodiverse daughter, lots of luggage and nowhere to go, I was not sure what to do. Irina immediately offered for us to stay in the house until the evening, which was so kind, as the next guests were not arriving until the next day. It made such a huge difference and we were super grateful.

We had the most incredible time and genuinely didn't want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the host's attentiveness was evident – thoughtful touches like a welcoming jar of coffee, tea bags, and even cold beers in the fridge made us feel instantly at home. However, it was the host's extraordinary gesture that truly set this experience apart. When one of our group unfortunately hurt her foot and couldn't walk, the host went completely out of her way, sourcing a wheelchair and personally dropping it off at the restaurant for us that evening. This level of genuine care and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. The villa itself is amazing, and when combined with such an exceptional host, it creates an unbeatable experience. Do yourself a favour, stop looking at other options, and book this villa. You absolutely will not regret it!

“Loved our stay at the villa neyla”

We've just returned from a two week stay at the villa neyla (4 adults 1 child) Absolutely loved the villa, really couldn't have asked for more, spacious, clean, with a lovely pool. Also has a trampoline and little games for children. We were so well taken care of by Irini, the owner. She popped past to make sure we had plenty of towels and that we were happy with everything. A really nice personal touch to the stay, we would absolutely recommend this villa for anybody planning a stay in coral bay. And would like to thank Irini and Andreas for making sure we were so well looked after. If we are back in Cyprus we will most definitely come back here! Gary

This is by far the best villa we came across in Cyprus. The property is very specious, boasting a large living area, fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, including spices and dishwasher tablets. The rooms were a dream, offering super comfortable beds, windows with real blinds and curtains, and A/C in every room. The villa is impeccably maintained, and the cleanliness was spotless. Is is also very close to a very good beach (5min walk). Owners were very nice and generous, they offered us late checkout without even asking!
