“Great holiday!”

I travelled with 5 adults and 2 kids. The villa was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The beach is close, so we walked there a few times. We will definitely come back again. Andreas was very nice and helpful. He is available, answers promptly and is eager to help. On our arrival day, he came to meet us to show us everything and answer questions. When there was a problem with wifi, he solved it on the same day even though he was not in town. Thank you so much!

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about the Villa - spot on for us location wise (it is right next door to a kiddies nursery - not a problem for us but depends on how quiet you want your location during the day) right near a great supermarket, close to the strip and coral bay beach. Absolutely beautiful property with loads of space and a lovely pool - the photos make it look great but to be honest don’t do it justice - it’s even better in reality. The host was super friendly and helpful and all basics were at the property waiting for us which was a great touch.

It was amazing beautiful villa, clean, big rooms, one bedroom and toilet in ground floor, rest of bedroom top floor, outside space and pool was amazing, games room amazing. It was perfect, the location is amazing, just across the road 2 min away pillipos supermarket type of werahouse, good prices and has everything. Pills restaurant just beside amazing food,walking distance to more shops and restaurants. And the most amazing service from the host Andrea, even arranged for as hire car, brought us the car to villa,and taxi to and from airport.

Andreas met us at the villa on arrival and couldn’t have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful during our stay. The villa is beautiful; spacious clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Good location near Phillipos supermarket and a short walk to the strip on Coral Bay. Nice pool area and barbecue. Welcome pack was nice. The villa is spacious if you book enough rooms!!

We are just back from a 10 day stay. We were met at the villa by Andreas, he was very friendly and gave us a tour of the villa, there were a few essentials in the fridge for us which was very helpful. The Villa is huge and was very clean, there is a lot of storage, plenty of space for our things. (If you are travelling from the UK you will not need adapters as they use the same plugs) There is only aircon in the bedrooms, it would have been nice for there to be aircon in the communal areas too but it was manageable without. The pool was lovely and was cleaned and topped up a couple of times during our stay, there are plenty of sunbeds and a couple of parasols, there were also some pool towels provided. The games room is a little tired but it was still enjoyable for the kids. There was very little noise from Philippos Home store nextdoor but the children’s nursery the other side were fairly loud, particularly in the mornings, the walls are very thick so you can’t hear them from inside the villa but you can hear them from around the pool area, mostly we could block the noise out or play a little music but if you are hoping for a quiet early morning swim you might find it more irritating. For us we only had a couple of noisy days and then they broke up for the summer holidays so all will be quiet until September. I would say that the Villa is very bare, no leftover cleaning things or cooking bits like you usually find in holiday lets, you will have to provide everything yourself. I was particularly surprised that there were no oven gloves, tea towels or dish cloth, we had to buy it all. Thankfully Philippos supermarket is across the road and it sells everything you could possibly need. It’s only a short walk to the main restaurants and shops and I have to say that we didn’t have a bad meal out, the restaurants were all lovely. Overall the villa was really nice and we had an enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend 😊

Very spacious and clean villa with a superb pool! Excellent location with everything you need on your doorstep, including supermarket and lovely restaurant and only 10 minute walk to the strip and beach! Host was amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful.

The villa is very spacious and is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. It has a lovely pool area and is in a good location, within walking distance of main area for restaurants, bars and shops.

The villa was huge, spotlessly clean and well stocked. Andrea's was a fabulous host, welcomed us personally Gave us tips on places to go and a voucher for a very nice restaurant a short walk from villa

The villa was perfect: loads of space, great facilities, clean and comfortable. Supermarket is literally opposite so really convenient and it’s only a short walk (15 minutes) to the beach and (5 minutes) to the strip. Loads of towels and toiletries included by the hosts which was great with the pool and the laundry facilities and dishwasher were a big plus for big groups with children like ours.

Plenty of space close to bars and restaurants not far from the beach and a supermarket right across the road. Villa itself had everything you need to have a great holiday 😎

The whole villa was very spacious, kitchen had everything you needed, modern and up to date. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent and very quiet. Outside area was nice and secluded, swimming pool was large with steps so easy to get into. Large TV with WiFi so great variety of required especially for the younger ones.

Just back from a wonderful week long stay at Villa Kapistris Dyo with all my family. The villa is beautiful and very spacious and was ideal for a mix of ages. The pool area is great and the games area with pool, table tennis etc kept the family entertained. The location is brilliant, just a couple of minutes walk from Coal Bay strip and a supermarket across the road. The owner was very helpful and friendly too. We were sad to leave!

The property was very clean and spacious and just like the photos. Andreas was very attentive. We especially loved the pool and outside area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was greats.

The property was clean & extremely spacious, we were a family of twelve, 6 adults & 6 children the pool was great with a bbq & enough sun lounges for 12 people there was also a spacious games room for both adults & children.. The lounge was a very good size with a tv where we were able to watch the cup final, it has an open plan kitchen for if you want to cook. All bedrooms were spacious with the 2 x single bedded rooms had en-suites there’s 5 bathroom altogether, there were complementary toiletries which had a shower cap & for me that was a life saver as I forgot mine. The supermarket is literally across the road & there is nothing you can’t buy they do amazing bbq meats & amazing wine selection our host was so lovely just at the end of the phone or text I needed a couple of high chairs & he arrived at the villa within minutes Thank you so much Andreas 😊Coral bay strip is a few minutes walk where there are plenty of bars & superb restaurants (you won’t be disappointed) We visited the beach a couple of times the beach’s are lovely where the children can build sandcastles the sea is shallow it takes quite a walk out before it gets deep, there is also a bar which close around 5pm & you will pay a few euros for the sun lounges.. Getting back to the Villa. I would definitely recommend it & would go back in the future. We had an amazing holiday were we could all be together & not on top of each other. Just a quick mention to Phil’s restaurant next to the supermarket opens at 10am where we visited for our coffee we also ate there a couple of times & went there when we left the villa for a meal before we went to the airport the staff where so lovely.

“Practical and convenient location”

The villa was very spacious, well laid out and comfortable - it was perfect for our group of ten friends. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of sunloungers and outdoor seating. The location was very convenient - right opposite an excellent supermarket, a few steps from the superb Phil's bar & restaurant, a short walk from the strip and about 15-20 mins walk from the beach. There's plenty of parking space and we enjoyed the games facilities. Andreas was helpful and responded very promptly when needed.

The host was brilliant. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. He was there to meet us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. He was on the end of the phone for any questions we had. The villa is beautiful! Well furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing and the grounds allow for privacy. The villa is in a fabulous location, not even a 10 minute walk from the strip. The supermarket is just opposite and has everything you need. An amazing holiday - we will definitely be going back to coral bay and to this villa! Thank you Andreas!
