Perfect location. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away. Public transport is nearby.

The pool was excellent, all rooms had a/c. Plenty of towels and linen. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of seating around the pool and sun loungers.

Location was excellent for beach, restaurants etc . Plenty of space for 7 of us and sufficient facilities. Pool well maintained. Ezoria Villas were good throughout the process to deal with .

A beautiful villa in a great location. 4 spacious bedrooms with a large indoor living space and plenty of room outside too. We did not hire a car out of choice. The supermarket, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. The local supermarket will deliver for free, simply ask at checkout. A great place to relax and unwind. The outside BBQ was great and used regularly. The kitchen, extremely well equipped. Each bedroom has floor standing fans & air conditioning. We didn't need to use either. The weather was just perfect for the time of year. Security on the property is good with an alarm and locks to doors & windows. We felt extremely safe. The property is in a quiet area. The swimming pool was cleaned twice during our stay by a local friendly company. On arrival the water level was quiet low and the tiles on the stairs in the pool were exceptionally slippery. The pool does not have any form of security in place for non swimmers, supervision at all times would be required for young children (not that this was an issue for us) Our assigned Ezoria telephone contact was unavailable when we had an issue with the villa but we very much appreciated the help of one of the Ezoria team members who went out of his way to help us. A great friendly guy! Thank you. The villa is equipped with GB standard plug sockets - a couple of adapters were available. It would have been helpful to have instructions for operating the house alarm & tuning the television. We already knew Coral Bay but for those first time visitors a map with local area information could be appreciated. Access to the local beaches is often via little unknown paths rather than the main road. The villa itself is beginning to look very tired in some places. The bathroom radiators are very rusty and in need of replacement. The wooden tables & chairs need refreshing to avoid splinters. Several textile cushions & curtains need stains removing.

we chose this villa for its perfect location & it didn’t disappoint it’s in a prime location for restaurants bars shops & the beach & is a really lovely villa set in a beautiful garden & pool is amazing plus great air conditioning lots of little extras like mini toiletries bath & pool towels tea towels etc & uk plugs. Ezoria team were also extremely good

“Nice location and a very confortable villa”

The pool area was the perfect place for our team. We have been several times at Cyprus for biking and this was one of the best villa we have been. The main street is close where there are lots of restaurants however this year the main street was closed.

The facilities were fantastic. The pool was cleaned twice in on week. It was fabulous. The location was great, 5 minute walk to all shops and restaurants. The security in the villa was brilliant which made us all feel very safe and secure.
