Overview
Sea Point Villas is a complex of 3 bedroom and 5 bedroom villas in Coral Bay in Paphos and offers outdoor swimming pool. This self-catering accommodation features a garden with BBQ and free WiFi. Welcome packs with snacks and breakfast items are offered and guests benefit from free transport to and from the local supermarket. Featuring a balcony with mountain and sea views, the air-conditioned villas are set next to each other in the same complex and come with flat screen TVs, Android® Boxes and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and microwave is included. Featuring a shower, the bathrooms comes also with a bath. A washing machine is provided. The owners are available to assist at all times, as they live in the same complex. Τhe coastline is at 300 metres from the property, while a bus stop connecting to several locations can be found at 700 metres. Sea Point Villas is only 700 metres from the Blue Flag Corallia Beach, one of the most beautiful spots in the area of Paphos. The Coral Bay Beach is only 2 km away. The nearest super market and restaurant is 1.2 km from the property. Free parking is available on site. Electricity consumption is included in the rate of the accommodation, up to a maximum of : 500 kWh for the 3 bedroom villas, per week 700 kWh for the 5 bedroom villas, per week Excess consumption over and above the usage stated above, will be charged at EU0.40c/kWh and this amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. In the event the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the cost of the additional electricity consumption, the said amount is payable in cash prior to departure, in Euros.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your villa and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip 💕 The villa was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The pool area and terrace were amazing – we spent so much time there relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The location was also great, close to Coral Bay and everything we needed. We especially want to thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. Your communication was excellent, and we really appreciated the possibility of early check-in – it made our arrival so much easier. Everything was exactly as described (or even better!), and we truly felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay. “Small resort which had a chill out factor to it”
En suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone inside. Ice cream van arrived everyday which was a bonus. The service to and from the supermarket was amazing so just did a big shop on day one and were sorted

We came with high expectations, and were not dissapointed! The villa is very nice, has everything you need and more. The host went above and beyond what you would expect! We traveled with my mother in a wheelchair. The property was not listed as wheechair accessible but it was very confortable in any case, and we managed very well!

Beautiful villa in a quiet place! Well maintained. The hosts were always ready to help with everything you need. Perfect if you rented a car, close to nice beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We arrived late and the supermarket was closed but we had some breakfast items for the next day, waiting for us :) it also a nice touch to have pool towels! A very complete kitchen with all the utensils necessary for cooking, we really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well. The communication with the host was easy and efficient and the check in process very easy.
