We had to speak to the host on 2 separate occasions and the problems were immediately resolved. The Corelli beach was a short walk and was lovely.

Fabulous villa with everything you need. Hosts were responsive and attentive. Location was quiet and whilst in walking distance in the heat we’d recommend a car!

The house is perfect for a large family. Not too many frills so you can actually relax and not feel like you're scared to use anything. Pool is a great size and surrounding garden is well maintained. Bedrooms are large and loads of storage space in wardrobes and drawers etc. Gated and secure. An additional house on same plot but separate and discreet. We are going in a larger group next time so will hire both at the same time. Loving and communal areas are very roomy. One TV in lounge. Great spot for easy access to Coral Bay, Peyia, Kissonica etc. Beach within a three minute drive. Supermarket 5 min away and garage and quad hire across the road

“Perfect Paphos family Villa”

Very spacious and clean villa. Well stocked kitchen for those who want to cook/ eat in. Loved the lemon trees in the garden providing daily lemons. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. great location to explore Paphos. Near to a big supermarket. Very quiet.

Returning to this place after 2 years. Just as good as the first time, I heartily recommend. Nothing to complain about.

This gorgeous villa had everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday. Communication with the owners was prompt and really helpful. It was cleaned during our stay. Very secure.

“Amazing villa”

The villa was amazing, better than we expected from looking at the pictures, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, the hosts left us essentials, which was great as we had a late flight. We also had a late flight out, and they were kind enough to let us have a later check out! I would highly recommend, me and 6 other members of my family have an amazing time. We did drive so we could visit other areas, but there was a lovely fish and chip shop/bakery just down the road. They do amazing bacon Barms. Also legend bar was in walking distance for lovely food and drink and entertainment.

“October family holiday”

The location was very good. It’s a 10 minute slow walk into Coral Bay along the main road or a 15 minute walk down along the coastal road. Rooms were of a good size and everything we needed was there. Theo was fantastic. There was a basic welcome pack and any minor repairs that were required were attended to quickly. Sheets and towels were changed weekly and Villa cleaned. A sunset to die for can be watched every evening from the large balcony as the suns falls into the ocean. A great place to be and we are already in discussions about our next holiday.
