“Wonderful experience from start to finish – highly recommended!”

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this apartment. The arrival was very easy, with convenient parking right by the property and a smooth self check-in available at any time. Tanya, the host, is absolutely amazing – so kind and helpful, always ready with guidance and great recommendations. The apartment itself is spotless, well-organized, and tastefully designed, making it a very comfortable place for a family stay. The pool is clean and pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet, which we loved. The location is also perfect – close to the sea, restaurants, a supermarket, and everything you might need. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place!

“Prime location in Coral bay.”

Town house with communal pool in a prime location in Coral Bay, 2 minutes walk to legend’s bar restaurant also the supermarket also the bus stop and 5 minutes to the fabulous beach - I Highly recommended a stay at Kolderen Coral bay no 6 and also no 3. Outstanding customer service from Titania also Titania can arrange the taxi from the Airport to the Villa.

Peace and quiet

The house was spacious, tidy and clean. In the back there is a veranda with a small and pretty garden. The host was very friendly and available. The equipment was ok. Most necessities were being provided, some were missing.

Spacious, immaculately clean two bedroom villa 10 min walk from the two best sandy beaches near Paphos - Coralia Beach and Coral Beach. The location is very good, The villa is 5 min walk from the shopping area with a supermarket, a nice pub with evening entertainment and a bus stop. Bus 615 takes you to Coral bey strip (lively night life area) and Paphos harbour in 30 mins. The owner is very kind and reliable. she communicated to us months before the visit, she even installed wi-fi amplifier on the 2nd floor, so that we can work from the 1st and 2nd floor, this property is also recommended for remote workers who are looking for an accommodation to combine work with holiday in their free time. Even beach towels are provided by the owner. The lovely back garden patio is an oasis of tranquility. There re ACs in every room and this is really good. Thank you Tatiana for your wonderful hospitality!

it's only 5-10 min. to Corallia beach (Coral bay) which is very beautyful!!! 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella is 7,50 Euros. You can go to eat and drink at the Legends Pub, nice place and good food, there's a good supermarket nearby and if you need to hire a car or order a taxi it's in front of the Coral Bay Hotel. Also 3 ATMs are very near, 1 of them directly at the beach.

Tatiana was available during entire stay and responded promptly to our requests.

Villa was immaculately clean. It has been decorated very nicely. Tatiana, our host, was very helpful and responded to our requests promptly. Plenty of essential supplies, eg washing up liquid and soap powder, so didn't have to buy from shop. Close to a beautiful beach.
